The house is equipped with large In-ground Berg trampoline, fire pit, covered brand new terrace and close to nice forest and nice beach. There is Wifi/Fiber, Apple TV with Netflix, Weber gas grill and div. Garden games. Air conditioning Heat pump/electric/water is included in the rent. Sorry, pets are not allowed. Parking on the premises.

Enjoy a summer house holiday 4 minutes walk from the water's edge, with the option to kayak, swim or just relax. The area is quiet and with a nice rolling terrain that picks up walks along the water and often offers beautiful sunsets. If you're lucky (and quiet) you can see deer/squares in the garden The house is arranged for socializing in the living room in front of the wood-burning stove and relaxing in the sun on the terrace. My lovely retreat is perfectly situated between the beautiful cable beach and the cozy Rørvig Harbour. The house provides the perfect setting for long summer evenings on the terrace. With a gas grill, string lights, and fire pit, it's hard not to enjoy the surroundings. The house has two large living rooms one suite, 3 bedrooms with double beds, as well as a large bathroom and guest toilet. Adventurous people can stay in the homemade wooden annex in the backyard (which sleeps 6), where every wall can be opened.

Welcome to our idyllic summerhouse!

Our summerhouse is located in Evetofte/Melby on a lovely, densely planted and sunny plot. It has a bike distance to the cozy Liseleje which offers restaurants, cafes and a cozy shopping life. It's a real Danish holiday hygge at its best. Liseleje also has one of Denmark's best beaches, with a magical light as the sun sets after a long day. In the last few years, we've updated the house with a new kitchen, new bathroom, after-isolated, new thermostat windows, and a whole new garden.

Summer house 500m to the water

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. With a completely enclosed garden and 500 meters to the water . There is only one bedroom, but the option to pull out the sofa for an extra bed..there is a small hallway where it is only 190 in height. (just for info) Possibility of children's beds 18 min to Slagelse midtown 5 min drive to the position beach and there are eating/shopping options and lots of ice cream❤️
