Villa vacation rentals in Nuevo Vallarta

Juanjo’s property was such an amazing stay! The place was just like the photos, if not even better and outdoor concept of the first floor was super cool and very picturesque. My group was able to check in a couple hours early; it was clean when we arrived and Juanjo’s groundskeepers were very helpful. We only had one issue regarding the gas being out but that was quickly remedied and we were offered a later checkout time as compensation. Could not recommend this place enough!

We loved our month and a half stay at Allan’s Villa Oasis. Previously we had stayed in Amapas, upper and lower, but Gringo Gulch makes you feel like you’re in the classic PV of Liz Taylor & Richard Burton’s day – their houses are right around the corner. Much of the Romantic Zone is every bit as accessible from this side, and Centro is just a short walk. The apartment itself is spacious and very well laid out. We spent every morning back in the pool-garden-oasis communing with the hummingbirds and other birds. The gardeners keep the flowers and tropical plants flourishing, and the housekeeper Maria, as others have commented, is a gem – efficient and unobtrusive. It was really a perfect stay.

The pictures do not do this place justice! I have stayed in many Airbnbs, but none come close to this amazing place. The house itself has so much character. The private pool and lounge chairs gave us something to look forward to every afternoon. But foremost, the two massive patios overlook the Bay and provide the most stunning views at all times. The kitchen is great and was adequate for us to hire a private chef in. FINALLY, so quick to walk into town. I’d buy this house if I could. One consideration is that there is a lot of traffic on the road below that can be a bit loud for the front two bedrooms.

Loved this place! We recently stayed here for a dual 30th bday with 18 guests - everyone had a place to sleep and there was plenty to do! The 4 separate villas felt like little apartments and we enjoyed walking around and checking in on each other when not in the communal spaces. Even hosted a big dinner on the roof one of the evenings! Most guests were unaware of this place when we booked and thought it was STUNNING! The hill is short and manageable - most of our drivers were able to get up all the way or at least half way which was great. You can walk to anywhere in Zona Romántica from here - even the beach! The neighborhood dogs can be annoying but are unnoticeable with a group or even another person or two, so I would just grab ear buds if you’re a light sleeper. Hosts were extremely responsive and easy to work with.

We had an incredible family vacation at Ana Silvia’s, it exceeded expectations! We were visiting for our 50th birthdays with our teen and tween boy and had never visited Vallarta before. Ana Silvia was kind, proactive and gracious throughout, and helped us check in easily. The home is private, in a small gated community in Tabachines residential neighborhood, which is perfect for us as a family as we wanted to be close to shopping, cafes and other amenities like home while also being an Uber or taxi away from Zona Romantica, Malecon and beaches. The home is large, quiet, comfortable and has a rustic stately elegance. We used the pool throughout and got local lunches every day. Hidden gem! Thank you Ana Silvia!

This was the perfect spot to spend time catching up with family. The house is gorgeous and very spacious, and blends in perfectly with the outdoor area. The yard is lush and private with a great pool, and it's in easy walking distance to groceries, restaurants, and the beach. We couldn't have envisioned a better stay, it was perfect! Plenty of room for the 7 of us and beautifully designed. Adam, the house manager was lovely, helpful, and easy to communicate with. I would absolutely recommend this place, and we would be thrilled to stay again.

We had an absolutely magical stay at this gorgeous villa! Was a perfect fit for four couples, each with own master suite, master bath & private view balcony. This is outdoor living at its finest! Great indoor living room, kitchen and dining room, but we spent our time in outdoor living room taking in that gorgeous view of the ocean, watching whales go by, listening to music and enjoying chefs margaritas and salsa/chips! We stay every year at Villas and this was the best food we had ever had! The presentation was amazing & food was spectacular!! You could tell that the staff took huge pride in this! The staff worked hard to get the pool at the right temperature, get us anything we needed, go above and beyond to help us out, including late checkout, picking us up and taking us to the airport and on and on! The walk is maybe 10 minutes down to the beach. Steep 20 minutes back up. There is a restaurant below where you can pay $10 to sit at chairs on beach, order drinks and eat lunch!

This was a beautiful villa. The owners were such beautiful people. We called it our little oasis, inPuerto Vallarta all the people that were in the area were extremely friendly. I would come back here every year. Absolutely beautiful vacation very clean and extremely quiet Lupita Rafa sister was just a sweetheart

Oscar’s place at Punta Pelicanos is beautiful. It’s in a wonderful location and has plenty of room for a large group. We took our kids and grandkids and everyone had space to be comfortable as well as spread out. We’ve been to Punta Pelicanos 3 times…not all three in Oscars place, but his was our nicest stay by far! Love the area, walkability, pool and beach access and weather, of course! ☀️

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The outdoor space was truly the highlight—the pool was absolutely fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time outside.

Aseem is unbelievably responsive. We had a few small issues that needed addressed (normal when you have a house) and he responded almost immediately. Place is spotless. Pool is great. Easy to host given proximity to Costco. Only thing I would say is if you want a true walkable location to all the typical downtown stuff, you are a little distance away. Highly recommend.

Un lugar maravilloso! Mucho mejor que las fotos, está a pie de la playa a 15 pasos estás en la arena. Toda la villa tiene una vista espectacular!! El aire acondicionado funciona perfecto, y la villa huele riquísimo como en un hotel de cinco estrellas. Todas las habitaciones tienen baño completo, la cocina funciona perfectamente y puedes cocinar mientras ves el mar! La decoración además de hermosa es muy acogedora. Jerónimo fue el mejor anfitrión! Siempre atento a que estuviéramos bien, nos ofrecieron todos los servicios que necesitábamos. Nos dieron la opción de contratar cocinera para nuestra estancia y estuvo delicioso. El ambiente es muy amable y familiar. Hay una plaza justo en frente con supermercado, starbucks, farmacia y hospital. Fueron unas vacaciones inolvidables, las tardes en la terraza viendo el atardecer fueron nuestro momento favorito! Recomiendo muchísimo esta villa, nosotros volveremos muy pronto!

Return visit to Casa Suenos Del Mar. We stayed 3 years ago and the house has been maintained very well. The stay is very accommodating. Edgar never disappoints with his wonderful meals - he even cooked the fish we caught one day. Margarita surprised us and washed and folded our laundry, always great to head home with clean suitcase. Thanks again for a fabulous place! We will be back, hopefully soon!

I actually am not reviewing the smaller part of the house, which is what we originally rented. Coming from cold Colorado, we needed a sunny space and that patio didn't have any direct sun this time of year so we asked Rolf if we could have the upper part of the house, which he graciously allowed us to do. So we moved our things and enjoyed a fabulous time in his spectacular house. The views are amazing from this property, it's very quiet and private, the staff is very attentive and we enjoyed every moment we were there! We would highly recommend it and we really look forward to trying to get back there soon.

Place - The picture don't do it justice! This home is incredible! Views and asthetic is amazing! I felt like I was in a secret hideaway! 10000% would stay here again. The in-home staff was so friendly and accomodating. Paul - The communcation was unmatched. Paul reached out multiple times to make sure everything was in order. He provided clear directions. He truly went above and beyond to host us. Area - Quiet/safe area! Comes with two parking spots! Near by to multiple beaches!

Our stay at this house in Bucerías was fantastic! The accommodations were stunning—spacious, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed from the kitchen to the game room. The garden, private pool, and large windows made the space feel bright and luxurious. A special shoutout to the housekeeping team—impeccable service! —everything was spotless every day, with fresh linens and meticulous attention to detail. The team was professional and respectful of our privacy, making us feel truly pampered. Located in a nice area of Bucerías, the house is close to the beach, local shops, and restaurants, offering the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free stay!

We had a lovely stay at Rosa’s’ Short Uber from airport and easy no-contact check in. Clear instructions for house rules and fast WiFi. The view out to the pool and golf course was beautiful and very relaxing. Our only minor complaint at times was waiting for hot water. Otherwise we could do laundry and make breakfast and lunch with ease. Location was great and a comfortable walk to different areas, beach, shopping, marina dining. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Rosa!

Not only the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had, but the best home I’ve ever been in. Hands down. Views will take your breath away. We were greeted by the property manager upon arrival, and provided beverages + a tour of the entire home the moment we arrived. The level of service is this consistent throughout your stay. The cooking / cleaning staff are so helpful, and coordinating meals with them was extremely easy. Meals vary greatly from a pre-selected menu, and all options we chose were fantastic. Every room is also beautifully decorated and spacious. There will be NO fighting over rooms with your group, each one has a view and its own spacious bathroom. Staying here truly feels like another world…the only negative is it will be hard to leave and head back to reality! Also - the pictures don’t nearly capture how incredible the view is. BOOK THIS PLACE!

We stayed for a week over Christmas. With our extended family. We felt like a part of a small PV neighborhood! The house is spacious and the kitchen is well appointed. Lots of local interesting restaurants and fantastic local Mercado with amazing fish and produce. Walkable to everything. The host was friendly, so helpful and made us feel incredibly welcome. A great place to stay for a group!
