From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. Laura personally greeted us at check-in, gave us a tour, shared local tips, and even left some thoughtful goodies to kick off our vacation. The location was perfect—just two blocks off the Malecón in the heart of the art district. It was close enough to some of our favorite restaurants (No Se Nada, Melissa’s, Pipi’s, and Gaby’s) while offering a peaceful retreat from the lively energy of the Malecón. We loved starting our mornings with a walk along the waterfront before heading out for the day. The condo itself was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and having laundry facilities was a great convenience. But the true highlight was the private rooftop terrace—the perfect spot for morning coffee, soaking up the sun, and even getting in a workout. We travel extensively and have never experienced such kind and attentive hosts before. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Puerto Vallarta. Highly recommend!

The place was just as described and really roomy. The area is nice and felt safe and comfortable. I saw people walking their dogs outside day and night almost everyday. There’s restaurants and taco stands within walking distance as well as wine and bar locations and they had really calm and cheerful neighborhood vibes. It felt very safe and peaceful in the area. My family enjoyed the pool and the ability to sit together in the dining room table and open the sliding doors really wide. We had 5 adults in our group and we were comfortable in this location. We had a car and we were able to park it in the designated gated space. We also took a few Ubers to Zona Romantica and it was within $6 to $8.

Ileana is a gracious, informative hostess. Of special note are Javier (with Portuguese pronunciation “ya-VEER”) and his fellow security cohort whose name escapes me. As well, Jacqueline was very helpful and so politely tolerant of my rusty, schoolboy Spanish. Additionally, Brenda in the cafe was a ray of sunshine each day and had many fresh, warm delicacies; especially the fresh bread. Finally with respect to the apartment, we checked all the basics but the kitchen, excellent washer and dryer and refreshing shower provided features that would never be found in a hotel room. This is the way to rest and relax in Puerto Vallarta.

Todo muy bien excelente comunicacion e instrucciones claras, todo muy limpio y en buen estado definitivamente si regresamos.

Esmeralda si es una super host, es super amable, responde rápido y estuvo muy dispuesta a resolver cualquier tema que sugiera sobre la estancia o el departamento. Su calidez en el trato y amabilidad es lo que hace una gran diferencia y asegura que se disfrute al máximo. El departamento es lindo, cómodo, amplio y muy tranquilo. La alberca y el jacuzzi del complejo son bastante grandes y disfrutables también. Las recomendaciones sobre a dónde ir y en dónde comer fueron muy atinadas. Queda a unas cuadras del mercado del mar y la marina. Además, la ubicación es ideal ya que queda cerca de otros lugares lindos. Algo adicional es que el departamento es muy accesible, hay elevador y rampas en el edificio, por lo que una persona de edad avanzada puede moverse bien. En resumen, mi familia y yo estamos felices de haber encontrado este lugar, seguramente volveremos.

We love this place- right on the beach, and a two or three minute walk to all the restaurants and bars you want. Absolutely recommended! Thank you for being such a great host.

Leticia was an excellent host and the condo was just as described. When we had a couple of questions and requests Leticia was prompt to answer and came over to meet with us to make sure everything was good. She was easy to speak with and the condo was exactly as we expected. Great building central to the marina area with perfect views and amenities. The other guests in the building were very pleasant and friendly. There were no surprises and we were extremely satisfied with the condo unit, the building overall and with all interactions with Leticia who we would highly recommend. We had a great month staying at her condo which made for an excellent experience for us.

El servicio su EXCELENTE Jorge, Alicia y du hijo Bruno siempre estan disponibles para ayudar y cocinan impresionante. El único detalle que encontramos en la casa fue que en el cuarto principal hay muchos bichitos porque el techo es de palapa

I had an amazing stay! The host was truly exceptional; thoughtful, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The space itself was spotless and well-stocked with everything I needed, even bottled water, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location was fantastic, convenient and safe, with easy access to everything I wanted to explore. For the quality and comfort, the price was honestly unbeatable. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free, enjoyable stay

La casa esta hermosa, ingresar al club de playa es sencillo y el mar esta tranquilo. Lleven zapatos de agua.

The home was quiet, very comfortable, beautiful, and safe. Nice residential neighborhood with a wonderful large park across the street. It is close to Costco and a very large upscale market where just about anything one may need or want can be found, both only three blocks away. Communication with the host was awesome, if anything came up, or if we didn't know how to use something they were very quick to help us. The internet was fast and reliable. If you're from the U.S. turn your wifi calling feature on and you're phone will work perfectly. It's a complete home with everything most of us would want and use in our own home, such as a great Iron, as well as a washer/dryer. The kitchen was wonderful with everything needed to make great meals. It is a very roomy home but feels intimate, like home. Bedrooms are large, and bathrooms also. I enjoyed the firm mattress but my wife preferred a bit more cushion. The entire home was spotless, top to bottom.

Excelente para largas estancias, la comunicación fue increíble, todo muy organizado y los vecinos muy amables Bucerias a 10 minutos o menos y las playas también, súper a 5 minutos a pie para surtir la despensa, la alberca muy limpia Como observación le faltaba limpieza a los baños y recámaras pero todo lo de mas nos encanto, idéntica a las fotos!

El lugar es muy cómodo y muy amplio para varias personas, las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas y en la cocina puedes encontrar todo lo básico para cocinar. Está ubicado en un muy buen lugar, hay muchas opciones para desayuno, comida y cena muy cerca y puedes ir caminando. Muy amable la persona que se comunicó conmigo, siempre estuvo al pendiente de lo que pudiéramos necesitar. Desde un inicio las indicaciones para llegar al lugar fueron muy claras y siempre contestó muy amablemente. Lo único que comentaría del lugar es que podrían agregar más toallas a las habitaciones.

Somos colombianos radicados en mexico, me hospedé en esté departamento, muy cómodo, limpio, relajado, cerca de todo, súper atención, me sentí como en mi propia casa, aire acondicionado, ventilador, cocina dotada de elementos que te facilitan tu estancia, refrigerador horno, agua caliente, platos, TV por cable, buen internet, seguro, buen estacionamiento, sin duda volvemos

La estancia fue preciosa, el lugar es exactamente lo que está publicado, es un lugar hermoso y está cerca de todo!

This is the third consecutive year that we have spent our winter in Matilde's Condo - it is our home away from home.......... The location could not be better - everything that you may need from day to day essentials to a restaurant meal are only steps away. The Condoo is Mexican in style and overlooks the Marina, with the Sierrs Madre Mountains serving as a backdrop. The interior courtyard of the complex is a quiet tropical oasis, with a large pool and palapa. The Condo is fully equipped for the needs of long term guests, including a drinking water service through the Front Desk. You could not wish for a better host than Matilde. Any isues that arose, were dealt with expeditiously, and to our satisfaction. A note of caution: it would seem that November to April is construcion season, and noise from jackhammering - which we experienced -can become a major issue. Through Matilde we able to discuss, and ultimately mitigate the problem with the Project Manager. Enjoy your stay.......

We stayed at Andres’ place for a week and it was perfect for us. It was in a great central location that made it easy to get wherever we wanted to go. It was only a 3 minute walk to the beach. The condo was peaceful and well-decorated. The couch was super comfy and nice to sink into after a long day of exploring Puerto Vallarta. The bed was big and cozy. Overall we loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone considering staying there.

My husband and I have stayed in this building several times over the past 6 years and it never disappoints. This particular unit is spacious and comfortable with everything you might need to enjoy your stay in PV to the fullest. It's just steps from the beach and has wonderful amenities, including the rooftop lounge area with the gorgeous pool and hot tub overlooking the ocean. We highly recommend this stay.

Really enjoyed the stay here. warning this condo is on a very steep hilly area, there are steps that help lead you to the street but do not book if you have a hard time climbing up and down. such a beautiful location with the sweetest local cats around and kind people. heated pool and jacuzzi. near a lot of great eats and near the beach. omar was super helpful, and even though the fridge was broken which was a small inconvenience he responded to the matter quickly. would stay here again 👍🏻

Fuimos a finales de enero y la época fue ideal, hacía calor por el día, pero un calor moderado y por las noches estaba muy fresco, adicionalmente por la temporada había avistamientos de ballenas y logramos verlas desde la playa del hotel! La habitación es muy espaciosa, fuimos 7 huéspedes y en ningún momento nos sentimos como que nos hiciera falta espacio, excelente para un viaje familiar tranquilo. La ubicación es buena, está muy cerca del aeropuerto y teniendo albercas, playa y distintas amenidades es posible no salir y pasar un buen tiempo. Por otro lado si lo que se quiere es disfrutar de la vida nocturna en Puerto Vallarta, el hotel está algo retirado del malecón aprox unos 30 min. y hay que tomar taxi/uber si o si. Salvador es un excelente host! Todo el tiempo estuvo atento a nuestras dudas y fue muy servicial.

I had a great stay at this apartment! The location is fantastic — very close to tons of bars and restaurants. The space itself was super clean, modern, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The rooftop was definitely a highlight, with a beautiful pool and great views. The gym is a bit small, and one thing to note is that the building rules don’t allow guests to bring friends up to the rooftop, but that was the only minor downside. Overall, it was absolutely worth it, and I would definitely come back!

We could not have been happier as guests in David and Steve’s amazing home. The condo is close to everything in the downtown area and easy to get to. David had put us in contact with Armando who met us at the airport and drove us to the condo. (Armando also got things ready for us at the condo by going out and buying us groceries we requested before our arrival). As soon as you opened the doors to the condo you are met with floor to ceiling views of the Bay and the city lights. Absolutely amazing! And the condo is beautifully furnished with all sorts of amenities (shampoos, body washes, robes etc) that you might only get at a high end luxury hotel. We could not possibly have been happier with the accommodations, location and our overall experience. One note to the credit of David and his staff: While we were there the refrigerator broke down And wasn’t cooling. Within the hour, Adriana (the concierge) had a repairman in to fix the issue . Problem solved, end of issue. We did experience some issues at times with reception of television channels but I understand that may be due to the cable connections. We will definitely be back and sooner rather than later.
