Beachfront vacation rentals in Novi Ligure

We were welcomed in a very friendly manner. Stefania had already reserved a parking space near the property for us. Very nice and lovingly furnished apartment. Everything you need is available. Stefania gave us a lot of helpful information, so we could travel by public transport without problems, etc. We spent beautiful, relaxing family holidays despite rainy weather.

This property is amazing! It is Samuele & his family's home and as such is beautiful, stunning & so welcoming. It is an honour to stay in their home, they are so trusting of their personal possessions. The location is perfect, easy access to the port & old town. Genova is ideal for exploring, great food, drinks and cute little backstreets. Samuele arranged for a personal arrival with his friend & she was very helpful. It is a fixed price of €25 from the airport &less than 20 minutes away. We would highly recommend this stunning property. We would definitely book again ! ❤️

Really wonderful accommodation! We were there comfortably in 2 families with small children. The accommodation is spacious and the view from the balcony (balcony still spacious enough to comfortably fit 3 people sitting) is worth the stay. Really central and convenient area to reach the services of Arenzano. If you don't know Arenzano, you just have to take into account the parking which is not really easy to find. The agency was really friendly, able to respond to our needs (having 3 small children) and the directions were always timely and accurate! We'll be back!

Air conditioning is a real plus, the place is large enough for 4 people, the beds are made. That was perfect, thank you!

We had a great week with friends at Luisa and Guido's. We were afraid of being hot, but with the fans and pool, it was perfect. We even had access to the kitchen and outdoor shower room. Luisa also prepared focaccia for us for August 15, it was delicious. We recommend it!!

Ideal apartment for 2 or 3 people. Furniture, restaurants , supermarket, train station , bus stations, vaporas station very close to the apartment and last but not least the gorgeous sea view only good to drink in the morning an Italian coffee in the balcony . Spacious, beautiful, quality , comfortable apartment. True reflection in the listing photos. Highlighting the quality of materials and the great air conditioning that allows you to rest from the suffocating time of Genoa in August. Elevator although small is useful for going up and dropping bags. Neighborhood not especially quiet but like all the center of Genoa. Sometimes small water outages. We would certainly repeat. Ideal for 4 people.

Communication was impeccable and super fast. The hosts were very helpful and always available. The apartment was super clean and corresponded to the pictures. The value for money was absolutely fine. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning and because the bedroom is upstairs, there was always something there. However, a fan was available and you could ventilate well in the evening. The street right outside the door was of course hard to hear, but at night that was no problem. Without a car, the bus can be reached on foot for 5-10 m, which was no problem. However, it takes a 10-minute bus ride to the nearest supermarket. The villages towards Arenzano were sweet and overwhelming. In the same direction there were as nicer beaches (15m walk) than the one in Voltri, where you always have a view of the port of Genoa. All in all perfect for a short rest, without great demands, but you have everything you need.

The decor may not be to everyone's taste, but the apartment is clean, with everything we needed for our stay. The apartment is very close to the railwayline, so light sleepers may want to consider ear-plugs, but it was not an issue for us.
