The owner has a loft apartment/studio, which is independently accessed, although I'm often not there. The property has a large kitchen diner leading to a barbecue area. Outside dining is wonderful in the summer and the raised decking area by the pool gives glorious views across to the hills. A large wood burner warms the living room for those winter stays.

Located on the ground floor of a building, it has a small patio. Fully equipped kitchen, central heating, and air conditioning. It is located in an area with many amenities, supermarkets, restaurants, tapas bar, pharmacies, playgrounds and a 10-minute walk from the train station.

Our stay at Eduardo's house was wonderful. The house is rustic, very nice and clean. The pool is large and well maintained. Eduardo is very helpful and attentive; he was always available when we had questions or requests. We even fulfilled our wish to check in early. It is a suitable place for small children, as areas such as the upper terrace and pool are lockable. Dogs are also accepted. Highly recommended!

Álvar is very hospitable. The house is a 10, as shown in the photos, but once you are there, everything is much better. the jacuzzi and BBQ are great. Everything is very clean. The place is very nice... it's to be recommended and repeated.
