This is one of the few privileged villas in Cala Deia, located by the sea and with truly wonderful sea and mountain views. The rocky and pebble beach is only 50 meters away via a private path. Do not forget the jacuzzi with best views ever !! The place is astonishing all year round. Every single room has AC/heater. You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours. It is also a trully amazing place for our very few neighbours so I am afraid no party people accepted. My family built the house when there were not even roads and they had to use boats and donkeys to carry everything over. Its is a magic place !!!!!! You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours !!!!! There are two totally separated areas. Upstairs there are two rooms, shower and bathroom, living area and open kitchen and downstairs two rooms, shower and bathroom. I will provide the "must see" list of places of the area. We can organize VIP services for you such as Yachts, Vehicles, Chauffeur, Deep sea fishing, Guided cycle tours, Catering, Private Chef, Spa treatments, Entertainment bookings, Yoga and Pilates, Guided Hiking, scuba diving, helicopter flights.

Preciosa casa-apartamento con encanto en bonito pueblo de la Sierra de Tramuntana. Our house is close to cafés, shops, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket. It is in the heart of Valldemossa, although in a silent street, with cosy little alleys and their flower pots.Easy access to public transport/ public carpark is 5 mins walk.Valldemossa is a perfect village for relaxing and within easy reach of Palma and other places on the Island (20mins to Palma, 30 mins to the Airport). Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families(as well with kids).

Hideway im Tramuntanagebirge mit Blick auf Palma

Unsere Finca liegt am südlichen Ausläufer des Tramuntanagebirges auf einem großen Grundstück. Nur sechs Autominuten den Berg hinunter liegt das kleine authentische Örtchen Esporles mit kleinem Wochenmarkt (samstags). Von unseren grosszügigen Terassen mit Salzwasserpool schauen wir über immergrüne Hügel bis auf die Bucht von Palma. Verschiedene Terassen mit Sitzgelegenheiten und eine Yogaplattform mit Weitblick gehören zu den vielen Highlights- Privatsphäre ist hier auch zu acht kein Problem!

Das Haus ist ein echtes Juwel! Der bei den ersten Malen sehr beschwerliche Aufstieg zum höchstgelegenen Haus dieses entzückenden Bergdorfes zahlt sich auf jeden Fall aus! Der Blick ist selbst für mallorquinische Verhältnisse einmalig. Die Terrasse ist geräumig und mit ausreichend Möbeln ausgestattet, daß wir uns zu zweit wohlgefühlt haben. Im liebevoll eingerichteten Haus finden sich viele originelle Artefakte, die den Aufenthalt besonders machen. Bäder und Küche sind modern und gut nutzbar. Das zweite Badezimmer ist allerdings nur über die Terrasse zu erreichen; für uns zwei eher angenehm, weil man die Dusche fast wie eine Außendusche nutzen konnte. Die Kommunikation mit Diego war perfekt und sehr herzlich! Er hat uns bei der Übergabe sogar beim Schleppen der Vorräte geholfen! Ganz herzlichen Dank für eine wunderschöne Woche in Eurem kleinen Schmuckstück! Wir kommen gerne wieder

We had a wonderful time at the house, the morning views were stunning and the house was at the perfect location to explore the region and the island. We highly recommend to have a car to make the most of the stay. Raimon was very helpful and reactive, and we very much enjoyed our stay!

The finca is extremely charming and beautifully decorated whilst also being very comfortable and well equipped. In addition to some beautiful details within the property there is a truly wonderful garden of bougainvillea and lovely trees and other shrubs on multiple levels which we really enjoyed (and our girls loved exploring the little pathways). The views were also breathtaking (especially in the morning). This is a very special property.
