Roeshel was great with communication, especially since our stay was during the Jeep festival. She provided lots of information and directions that made our stay a breeze. The place was clean, super cute, and perfect for our needs. Appreciated all the personal touches as well.

Michelle was a great host and her property is beautiful. We have a 6 year old and he loved the animals. The trails are beautiful and the farm is in a great location. Michelle was very nice and accommodating. You really felt at home. Beats any hotel you could ever stay at.

Had a nice 2 night stay with my family. Plenty of room. Clean and comfortable. We felt it was very quiet even though it is located on a city street. Johnathan was an excellent host and responded very quickly. Would stay here again.

We were in town for a funeral, and this home was the perfect respite. It was peaceful, comfortable, and well decorated. Loved the vintage furniture, art, and attention to detail when it came to easily finding whatever we needed. We knew the upstairs neighbors were home because sometimes we heard light footsteps above, but noise was never an issue, even for someone sensitive like me. Really enjoyed sipping coffee in the sunroom on a rainy morning. Wish I could take that adorable floral couch home with me!

Beautifully decorated, finer touches, cookies and muffins and coffee waiting for me. There was even a bow on the toilet paper roll, and amenities in the bathroom. Felt like home. Brenda truly makes the apartment a B&B feel.

The house is a ten minute walk from the Gerard hiking trail in Oil Creek state park, and it was an easy twenty minute walk to the brewery in Titusville . We appreciated the friendly communication and the coziness of the house. It was so nice to relax on the couch and watch Netflix after a long day of hiking. We definitely plan to return :)

Lovely host - the house had really everything you could possibly need when you're away from home. Very welcoming whilst traveling! Loved that the table was prepared for dinner/breakfast - you feel at home at once... thank you! Good beds!! Ability to park the car next to the house, nice for luggage. Clean, tidy and cozy house, with a nice pordge at the back. At the front nice views to vineyards and Lake Erie in the back. Value for money.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful and perfect for our family visiting for a funeral. The backyard was an amazing place to have our coffee and begin the day. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

This was absolute relaxation heaven! Quiet, clean and right on the lake. We loved the sunsets, the morning coffee on the deck, and s’mores at the fire table. The beds were so comfortable and we had everything we needed and more!

Tracy and Jenn were very accommodating for our stay. We felt very at home in their Airbnb. We loved walking around the neighborhood and the bed was super comfy! My husband, 8 month old, and I had a wonderful stay. We would stay here again if we visit the area in the future.

Spencer and Ashley's place was a great stay for my staff team and I. We were looking for a semi-private location to host our annual retreat and this was just that. The grounds were beautiful and there are so many amenities we didn't even have time to utilize them all! Town was just a short drive away so it was easy to grab last minute supplies and enjoy a nice dinner for one of the evenings. Overall this was a great stay for our entire group!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. This is our second time staying here and we will be back!

Kristin had the house stocked with everything we needed for a short weekend trip to Ellicottville. Great location to walk or take a short drive into town.

The house was exactly as described. Since we arrived late at night, it was difficult to find the house in the dark, but Mikayla immediately helped us and made it easy to locate. The amenities in the house were just as listed, and thoughtful touches like coffee, salt, spices, and other essentials for a short stay were provided. If we ever come back, we would definitely want to stay here again.

This place was perfect! had everything you could need without having to pay for the big house price. it was close enough to everything you could need, and although the place shared walls with other apartments, it felt very secluded and private. will definitely be looking into coming back in the winter!

Cody and Alexa were responsive and friendly. The place was super cute, clean and conveniently located, making it easy to walk everywhere! We had a wonderful trip!

Justin was an excellent host! He was accommodating to our needs, responsive, and his listing was accurate. The bed was very comfortable and the little sitting area outside was perfect for fresh, crisp air while you drink your morning coffee.
