This spacious room features a Jacuzzi tub and king size Bed. The room is built as an addition to a converted barn built around 1900. The farm consists of 10 acres with an orchard and is along the Conewango Creek. Conveniently located within the Allegheny National Forest and the Kinzua Dam area near Warren, PA and in close proximity to Jamestown, NY and Chautauqua Lake. Great hiking all around. We do not charge additional fees except for extra guests, pets and if you chose to have breakfast.

Our sheep farm is a respite from the busy life. Step back in time and enjoy a stay that is reminiscent of Scotland's BnBs. You can go for walks over 68 acres and enjoy viewing sheep, donkeys, chickens, a babbling brook or sit by the pond. We are only 3 miles from downtown Indiana, a lovely thriving college town with many restaurants, Jimmy Stewart Museum and shopping. Our home was built in 1907 and we have filled it with lots of fun, unique antiques! Our home is just blocks from downtown Erie. Close to lots of amenities and attractions. Some include Waldameer amusement park, Hamot and St Vincent hospitals, Bayfront convention center. 15 minutes from the Erie International Airport, 15 minutes from Presque Isle State park, 15 mintues from LECOM and only 8 mintues from the Erie Insurance Arena downtown. We bought this Victorian century home six years ago. We have poured our hearts and souls into this beautiful painted lady. We are hoping you will enjoy all of the handcrafted antique woodwork and classic victorian architecture. We recently had the front porch restored to look like the original. We remodeled the inside to bring out light and the colorful stained glass windows. We hope you will visit, enjoy your stay and will want to return to our one of a kind classic destination.

Country setting, just minutes away from town. 10 minutes from IUP. Serving fresh "good for you" breakfast. Hot tub and campfire available for use. My husband and I will be staying at the house and will be available for questions or can let guests enjoy their space. Feel free to create your own lunch or dinner in the kitchen. I have two other rooms available if needed for extra guests: Sunshine on my Shoulders (2 twin beds) and Safari Room (Queen size bed).
