Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment a comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

Country setting surrounded by working farms. We offer a two bedroom home with very large screened-in porch. Enjoy morning coffee on the porch as you watch the cows come in. Very peaceful, quiet setting with large yard. Get a retro feel in the pink bathroom. Recently upgraded laminate flooring throughout the house. Eat on China plates in the formal dining room or use paper plates with access to a grill. Less than 15 minutes to the Grove city outlets and 6 miles to the state game lands.

Many people in our area would call this their “camp” a place to sit by a campfire or curl up on the couch for a nap. The cabin has three bedrooms, a fully operational kitchen, and a full bathroom. Newly listed private second floor guesthouse with separate bedroom/ Queen bed and pull out couch in living room. Bedroom/bath and living area is air conditioned. Guesthouse can sleep 4. Two miles to Grove City College and the Prime Outlet Mall. Near Restaurants and great shopping! Beautiful country setting. Wonderful place to stay. Private driveway back to guesthouse. Very nice deck to view the property from.
