This place was beautiful! The beds were super comfy, the overall place was very clean and welcoming. The punny decor was my favorite touch of the place! The main strip of ellicotville was less than a 5 minute drive, super walkable if needed. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for a ski weekend (4 adults, 2 kids) and had plenty of space. The entire unit was fully stocked - all the kitchens items and necessities you could need, lots of pilllows/blankets/towels/toiletries. This was our third time in this location (different condo) bc we love being able to ski to the lift for quick mountain access but overall this is the best place we have stayed hands down. Very clean, quiet, spacious. Would def book again!

We had a lovely stay. Joes place was as described & looked like the photos. The surrounding area is beautiful with plenty to do. He was very friendly and always responsive. Would definitely recommend & stay again!

Stayed here for my son’s hockey tournament in Erie. Quick stay for us, but it was comfortable and a great deal!

This place was very clean and had fully stocked kitchen. Joe is very responsive to any questions/concerns you may have. We definitely would not hesitate to stay here again if in the area.

Awesome place right next to a trail with easy access to the Snowledge lift. The space was cozy and had all the amenities we desired. We had a question for the owners upon arrival which was swiftly addressed. Great value and highly recommend...

I can’t say enough good things about this place and the owners. We visited family for Thanksgiving and got stuck in the big snowstorm. Our hosts were extremely helpful and gracious as we navigated a snow emergency. The place was clean, well stocked, and had plenty of room for 4 people and 2 dogs to be in for several days. We will definitely stay again when in the area and highly recommend!

The pace is very nice and had beautiful view of the golf course.

Host was very responsive with clear instructions. Everything was as advertised. Amenities were in great condition. 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay with easy access to the city of Erie and wine country.

Beautiful place and location for a place to relax after a day of skiing!

This place was absolutely perfect for our group of families on a ski weekend. The bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and everything we needed to cook for a crowd. Best of all, the location was outstanding…right in front of the lift! The place was clean too! Highly recommend.

We’ve stayed at CHQ Lake Estates a number of times over the years. This was by far one of the best places! Quiet, clean, and comfortable—We took AM walks (just the best) and people are so friendly. The pool is amazing. And you cannot beat the view of the lake anywhere. We even took time to sit out on the cushioned deck chairs at sunset and just relaxed—something we don’t do often enough. Well stocked with pots, pans, glasses, utensils etc.. Soft sheets & comfortable beds. It was great to have 3 bathrooms—having 2 showers meant we could all get ready in record time. Be sure to bring your TV sign-in information so you don’t have to reset your passwords! (Voice of experience… lol) Great instruction book with local recommendations and fast wi-fi. We had 4 adults and 3 kids. We would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing time! The condo was clean and spacious. John, the owner, went above and beyond and even called me to share some insight on his ownership of the property. We look forward to renting again in the future!

We were a group of two families - 6 adults and 6 teens. The location to the slopes was perfect. We had plenty of sleeping spaces. The kitchen was well equipped to make all of our meals at the condo. Julie and Michael reached out during our stay to make sure everything was as we expected. We will be back!
