We had such a lovely stay in the cottage! It’s a beautiful and peaceful spot. The children loved playing in the garden and there were lots of little outside spots to sit and enjoy a little sun. Conveniently close to Cromer and lots of other nearby beaches. We had lots to keep us busy. The cottage was comfortable, well equipped and the perfect place to relax and unwind.

What a gem to find at short notice. Perfectly located to enjoy the Norfolk coast, and made better by the excellent communication and suggestions for local places to see and eat.

Myself and my partner stayed at the cottage with our labrador over Christmas and New Year. The cottage is lovely, with lots of little details and vintage items. It is very well equipped and we wanted for nothing during our stay. The location is ideal, in a peaceful village, with a dog friendly pub across the road and ample lanes for walks nearby and places to visit by car. Ruth was very helpful, providing us with information about the cottage and check in prior to our trip, with more information provided about places to visit and eateries during our stay. The cottage was easy to find, but there can be tight access for parking at the rear due to the various cars parked for the other neighbouring properties. Overall, we enjoyed a relaxing stay.

Me and my boyfriend had a lovely stay at Mims hut. It was lovely warm with the heater on, and the log burner made it even more cosy. The bed was super cosy, and there was tea and coffee supplied which is always nice. The area is lovely and overall we had a lovely trip away for valentines day!
