The cottage is located right on the river bank in its own quiet area, but only an 8-minute drive from the center of Rovaniemi. The cabin has electricity, but there is no running water. The accommodation includes drinking water, heating of the wood-burning sauna and washing water. Next to the cabin is a separate outdoor toilet, which is a modern composting toilet
