Farmstay vacation rentals in Northern Finland

We came to Powerpark for a summer vacation with two families. The stay was selected for this home-like comfortable home for three nights. The home has plenty of room for two families (4 adults, 4 children). The accommodation has both clean towels and a cloth and other bedding. There was no need to carry your own. The kitchen has everything you need. The kids had a lot to do, and adults loved the countryside. Accommodation with football goals and balls, trampoline, molkky, etc. A well-stocked playhouse for the little one in the family. Only 12min drive to the store and 15min to powerpark. We found everything we needed and the vacation went very comfortably. Next time we will book accommodation if possible for the whole week. So much for everyone to enjoy the trip. Highly recommend. I stayed with my daughter for 5days. Jorma is super kind and helpful.And his wife too. We experienced authentic Lapland life.We enjoyed dog sled,kicking,hiking,cooking with them. Luckily,I could see northern light from lakeside. Each meal was delicious. Watching the color of the lake change over time was so relaxed me. If you want to escape from busy place,it is a best place to chill out. Also,He told me a lot of things；Finish nature,history,mythology,indigenous people and his family. I'd like to thank you for all of you!

In Markus house we returned second time. It was one of the best choices - beautiful, quiet nature, welcoming and very helpful hosts, a lot of activities to do - snowshoe hike, crosscountry skiing, underice fishing, smoke sauna etc...and beautiful dog Taika! We really enjoyed and appreciated time in Markus house. Reccomend for 200%

The property is located in the middle of beautiful nature right on the lake. We felt very comfortable. The house is very well furnished and very clean. We would come back any time. :)

Unique place to stay! Cozy barn, found everything you need. It happened to be an exceptionally cold night, so we needed an electric heater. We got to know the rescue and other animals and hear their stories. Especially as vegans and animal people, the place was very impressed. Thanks Riina and Nina! Have a great fall❤️.

Miika is a wonderful host who ensure you settle in safely and comfortably. The backyard is a great area for you to have fun and relax with a view of the frozen lake. You can also catch the memerising sight of the Aurora at Miika’s place. This is definitely a wonderful house for everyone! p.s. the salmon soup is a gem 😋

Place was spacious and clean. Nice peaceful location in the country. Plenty of space for our entire group.

These few days at Tuomas' farm were very relaxing. We enjoyed ourselves in this peaceful setting, the house is very warm and we loved the farm visit. A big thank you to Mari for her time and hospitality.

We had an incredible, magical week in Miika's sweet cottage. Miika made our stay perfect. He took us on a snowmobile safari, we went ice fishing together and he pointed out the Aurora to us at night. As a further highlight, his wife cooked an insanely delicious reindeer soup for us. This was the highlight of our week in Finland. We also received great tips on other activities and Miika also organized a visit to a reindeer farm, very private. We enjoyed the beautiful and quiet location right by the lake with our private sauna. Thanks a million Miika and we will certainly come back!

The vacation was very relaxing. The accommodation has everything you could need. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful fireplace and the sauna. Supermarkets and activity providers are a good 10 minutes away by car. The Northern Lights were breathtakingly beautiful. We would definitely come back again. We booked the cabin at the farm for a week and couldn't have imagined a nicer holiday in Lapland. Our host Eleni was always there for us and helped where she could. Thanks to their super kind nature, we felt right at home. Our absolute highlight for us has been the northern lights - we can't really believe our luck yet. We are really inspired and grateful! So: If you are looking for a (romantic) break away from all the hustle and bustle, this is the place to be.
