Waterfront vacation rentals in Northern Finland

This was already our second visit to Päivi's home. Beautiful, functional and peaceful place. The weather was not favorable, but we were still able to enjoy the balcony and the view. I was able to park the car effortlessly. Thanks again!

The view from the windows is uniquely overwhelming. You must have experienced this live. This applies to all three rooms: living/dining room with kitchenette, sauna!! and bedroom. We highly recommend this place.

The apartment is located in a prime location near the center of Oulu and the sea. The view from the apartment is like a painting, it could have been admired for longer. Beautiful decor, peaceful atmosphere. Everything went very well, we recommend the place to others. We will return again as soon as possible.

Laura and Antti were great hosts who responded quickly. We had a great stay with a child. The apartment had everything we needed for two-nights-stay. The location could not be better - everything was at walking distance and the view from living room was great. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay in Lapland and the apartment is warm, clean and very functional. Niina and Heini are adorable and very responsive if you have any problems or questions. This place was heaven! It had all the facilities and things we hoped for a relaxing holiday. Sauna, jacuzzi. View of the lake, peace and tranquility. The first two days of our trip we were really stressed as the airport had lost our luggage but i have to say coming back to this place, really made us forget about all our problems.

The apartment is located in a beautiful neighbourhood, overlooking a lake that was frozen when we arrived. We felt right at home as soon as we got there. The apartment is super cozy and has everything that one needs during his/her stay. We were three, and we thought that the space was perfectly sized for us. The railway station and the city centre are all at a walkable distance, with some stunning views on the way. All in all, I loved my time here and can’t wait to be back.

We had the greatest stay at Kosti’s ! He’s the best host we could ask for. He’s always available when you need anything, and makes sure for your stay to be as welcoming as possible. The sauna and pool are really nice to enjoy, and the location is perfect. The (then frozen) river next to the house offered us the possibility to watch wonderful auroras, and the proximity the Ounasvaraa ski station allowed us to enjoy it as much as possible. I could only recommend you to stay at Kosti’s place if you want your stay to be the best, and feel as a local.

We fall in love with this house. It has a lot of great moment to offer. You can walk on the frozen lake, playing snow around the house, and even seeing aurora from the house window. Love the surroundings! The amenities are also great. Thank you host for the great house with excellent service.

Property as advertised. Professional communication. I would come again. Extra: +A large enough yard for parking cars and trailers. +The water area in front of the cottage was at least this time fishable with waders and a spinning rod.

There were four of us in the apartment and we felt very comfortable. Ilkka welcomed us personally. The house is located close to the road and is easily accessible by car even in winter. The sauna is great, the beds comfortable and the sofa new. Spices and coffee were provided. Ilkka organized cross-country skis and snowshoes for us at a good price and marked a trail for us that started behind the house. We also saw the Northern Lights twice. Everything was super straightforward. Thank you very much.

We loved our stay at Jussi‘s place. Everything was very clean, the surroundings peaceful and quite. He even gave us a really good recommendation where to find local food with high quality. When we accidentally locked ourselves out, he responded quickly, kind and very proactive. All in all an extremely pleasant experience and i would love to come back some time in the future!

The accommodation was perfect for our stay in Rovaniemi. The flat is very central and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. The flat is furnished to a very high standard and you immediately feel at home. I can really recommend it! Leena is a great host and was always easy to contact.

Clean and new apartment. It was easy to find and free Parking nearby. Very clear instructions from Johannes. All the needed amenities for studio apartment. Small details like fan, phone charger and drying rack was good addition. For the price there can't be better accomodation.

Comfortable accommodation for the second time! Beautiful countryside and a good swimming spot right next to the accommodation.😊 It was great for two adults, a monkey and a dog!

The place was great, with a wonderful location that made everything convenient. The best part was the ski-in, ski-out access for both cross country skiing as well as downhill. Highly recommended for ski lovers ⛷️!

It was really easy to arrive at the apartment, and the car was parked right next door for free. The apartment is really nice and cozy. Live is much nicer and bigger than the photos give you an idea. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The apartment has views of the river and hiking trails right next to it. We were really happy with the apartment and the arrangements. This can be recommended.

It was great! The apartment is super central, you can do a lot on foot. It is modern and has everything you need.
