We had a great time at Nicholas' place. The welcome and instructions were very clear. The apartment was very warm and functional, we felt very good there. The sauna is a real asset that we really appreciated. We would definitely recommend Nicholas and his apartment to discover Rovaniemi and its surroundings.

The bright and sunny interior was balanced by the availability of dark shades for late sleepers. We appreciated the host's attention to detail in providing basic essentials, and Joonattan's commitment to excellence. This apartment is a great option for couples or families, and we highly recommend it. The downtown area is within walking distance, and the scenic riverfront path offers a delightful walking route. A five star stay for sure.

A clean and spacious apartment with 12 floors overlooking the city and a great location. It was nice to have morning coffee and evening tea on the glazed balcony. The apartment is easy to find and communication is quick and seamless.

Our stay was excellent, it was much better than we expected. We felt right at home at all times. Despite the cold outside, the house was always pleasant. The entire apartment is very well equipped with everything we needed. The views outside are excellent and we feel a total connection with nature. Communication with Katja and Sari was excellent, they helped us at all times and were very attentive. We are very happy and satisfied with our stay in Rovaniemi. We would definitely go again.

Without a doubt the best place I stayed at among all of my Airbnb stays. The bed could fit not just a couple but a whole family, the bathroom has far beyond mere essentials, the furniture was extremely comfortable and the kitchen had almost everything we needed. Only complaint is that the apartment was so pleasant to hang out at, it was difficult to convince ourselves to head out. Also worth noting It was very easy to find and access, and the car parking was conveniently located nearby. Highly recommended.

The apartment is located in a great area, with a supermarket nearby for all your needs - a 30 minutes walk to the city. The view from the balcony overlooks the neighbor's yard, which has trees and feels pleasant. Overall, I felt excellent being in the apartment.

Thank you to Arttu for being such a fabulous host! From the moment we booked Arttu was helpful, proactive, speedy to reply & full of great information. We were provided with clear instructions (including photos) of how to access the apartment & use the 'smart lock' the day before arrival which made everything so straight forward! The apartment was everything we hoped & needed and was immaculate. We're a family of 2 adults & 3 children aged 18, 17 & 14yrs & found it to be so spacious with wonderful decor throughout, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could ask for (including the essentials coffee/tea/sugar/salt&pepper plus everything in between) a lovely lounge area with huge tv, gaming devices & netflix, fast Wi-Fi, lots of storage, extremely comfy beds & 2x large sofa beds, a Cosy balcony area, Car parking & just a 2min walk to town. The apartment was on the 4th floor (with lift access) & was so welcoming & warm! Arttu also has sledges and a highchair & travel cot for use.

It is a neat, cozy, and lacking accommodation. Especially recommended for travelers who prefer a comfortable bed. Our group was so comfortable without lacking anything. Reasonable price and comfortable and tidy accommodation There is no reason not to choose here. perfect

We had a great stay at Pekka's house. The area is nice and quiet and not too far from the city centre. Pekka is a very helpful and welcoming host. The appartment is nice and clean with everything you need for your stay. Thank you Pekka and your wife for having us.

great cozy apartment and near to the city. We had a car so didn't have issues travelling so not sure of the public transport around the area. city centre and nearby areas easily drive able within 10 mins. enjoyed our stay.

Tero's place matched the photos, nice decor, great view of the slopes, walkable to all activities and restaurants. Easy to check in and out, with good timings. We visited out of skiing season (early October) so it was deadly quiet in the area, very peaceful, but with that not a huge amount of open options. I'm sure in season it's a very lively place! Would well recommend this place for in-season for its location and out-of-season for its beauty and peacefulness. Only suggestions: Couple of furniture fixtures need correcting (tightening up) and could have an instruction manual to fire-place/sauna which may be useful for other tourists (I was with Finnish family so not a problem for us, but I could see some issues if English/European visitors were staying).

Lovely stay. The place is very modern, cozy, spacious, beautiful and clean. It's not so far from the downtown (walkable) but far enough to spot the northern light just from the park on the opposite site from the house. There is also a place for campfire there. We went there one night and luckily enough to spot the northern lights there as well. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. They always answered our questions quickly. They even provided us with some complimentary snacks and drinks. They are also flexible with the check-in time. We are able to check-in to the place before the stated time. Thanks a lot.

A clean bigger home, great for a larger family, for example. Panu was really quick to answer questions and gave very good instructions on how to get there. Very hassle-free stay, recommend, thanks Panu.

Absolutely loved our stay in Anne & Arto’s home. The hosts were lovely and accommodating with lots of good recommendations for our stay in Lapland. The house is a short walk to a well-appointed grocery store and we pulled our groceries home in a sled for dinner. Kitchen had everything needed including a dishwasher. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and saunas (there are two! An infrared and traditional Finnish). Beds were comfy and clean, and robes and slippers were provided. Location is central to anything you may want to do—reindeer farm, northern lights tours, even some museums in walkable distance to the place. Arto even went out of his way to set up a snowmobile tour for us. Absolutely no criticisms, definitely book this home for your stay in Lapland if it is available!
