We had a wonderful stay in the treehouse quirky and very different with excellent views great location for Carlingford and two minutes walk from a friendly local bar extremely dog friendly Padraig went out of his way to meet us and was very responsive and helpful thanks so much Karen Stephen and Jessie 🐶

The treehouse is very beautiful, cozy and lovingly furnished. It is an impressive place where you can really relax. We felt very comfortable and will be very happy to come back!

Our friends stayed last year, and recommended it. Despite wetter weather than we had hoped, we had a lovely time with our two children (8 and 11). We've been camping before, and glamping once, and this was several notches above glamping - it was more like a hotel where it was unusual that there wasn't running water, rather than anything camping/glamping. Our children loved being up in the trees, and playing on the provided play equipment. We made memories with the pizza oven (although we should have started the fire earlier to get it really hot), and toasting marshmallows around a fire in a well set up enclosure. (We cooked the second pizza in the oven in the shared kitchen). The construction of the tree house was wonderful - obviously made by a family very skilled with wood and woodworking. Even though there was a very windy day, we felt very snug in the tree house, and the site seems to have its own microclimate. The children enjoyed the play barn, with pool and air hockey.

We had a lovely evening with the family. The GORGONE tree house is warm, nestled in the heart of the trees. We enjoyed the packed lunch, very good home cooking. Thanks to Marie and her partner for hosting and showing us around.

A little corner of a dream, peaceful, surrounded by animals. Local and quality products available. Every detail is thought out, everything is in a short circuit. This is the real luxury of our time.

Amazing ! Literally in a tree , very clean and very cozy. Restaurants nearby at Korund and Odorhei. Host is very nice , recommended for kids & outdoor activities.

The tree house was lively and beautiful with many hiking trails through the forest. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

Lovely secluded spot up 100 steps into the woods so very quiet. Cosy and warm even when it rained. Nice comfortable beds and a loo with a view. Good location just outside Ullapool.

Phillipa and mark were amazing Hosts, with a beautiful treehouse, which you could clearly see they’d put a lot of work and love into every corner! Me and my partner stayed for 4 nights in their gorgeous, Rustic cabin, for his 40th Birthday, and it didn’t disappoint! We were well looked after and well catered for, with everything you could possibly need! They’d literally thought of everything!! The view was stunning and the design of the cabin and outside area was perfectly placed and gave an extra rustic cosy feel. They even went out of their way to help my partner when our van had to be repaired while we were mid holiday! Very friendly, attentive hosts! And the views from the treehouse were breathtaking! I’m so happy we chose this place to stay, and yes we will definitely be back in the future! Highly recommend!! 😍

Magical treehouse studio overlooking fruit trees and foothills. Andreea provided a fantastic guide for the stay full of recommendations and contacts in the village for a variety of local produce. It felt like home, we would love to come back, and we miss Lilly the puppy already.

Our trip to Treetops cabin was just magical! The cabin, grounds and location was absolutely perfect, everything we imagined and more. Lucia was very attentive and friendly. Highly recommend Treetops as a romantic getaway!

Caroline was an amazing host , everything was great from the moment we arrived . The hot tub was ready and heated when we got there and everything inside was perfect . Caroline provides a very warm welcome with food in the fridge and even bottles of prosecco ! 🍾 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t say one bad thing ! Tadhg 🐾 was also a plus to the stay :) Thanks again Caroline !

Warm welcome, quick and easy communication, Matthieu was very friendly from the moment we arrived and responsive to satisfy our small family.🙂 The cabin and setting are sumptuous, the spaces very well arranged.

Our stay in the cabin was very pleasant, the peaceful and green setting is amazing! Very comfortable, fully equipped, we see that it was made with the desire that the hosts are comfortable. We'll be happy to come back!

Thanks to Audrey's directions, the house was easy to find. The house is very exciting when you see it for the first time. Just like the pictures. The kids loved it. The contact with the hostess was very good and informative. The house is very clean and nicely furnished. You will find everything you need. The hot tub is also very nice. There were some snacks and drinks in the fridge. If you want to go shopping, you can reach a small grocery store in 5 minutes by car. From the house you have a very nice view out into nature and the small town. The only criticism we have is that the house is not so well insulated, which cannot be blamed, so we could always hear the church well, which obediently strikes its bells from 7 AM every quarter of an hour until 10 PM. You have to get used to this ringing… And the mattress was too hard for me personally, so I couldn't sleep so well.

We love this house in the woods! The sunsets were epic and the moonlight through the trees was gorgeous every night! The kitchen as well fitted out and it’s nice and laid out. Kids loved the funky beds in the hallway

Only small downside for us, the double bed is certainly large (160 x 200) but it is a sofa bed and there are hollows that have sometimes put a strain on our back (despite the quality of the mattress which is undeniable), we are a little cozy😊. On the other hand, the accommodation is very pleasant in the heart of a natural setting, for lovers of beautiful spaces, greenery and fresh air, we warmly recommend this place which offers a real interlude of peace and reconnection to nature. A very nice walk in the surrounding countryside can be taken from the place, this walk offers you a compendium of what is beautiful to see in the area: barley and rapeseed fields, undergrowth and ferns, followed by beautiful ruins of a collegiate church overgrown by nature, cave houses and typical washhouses.

The accommodation matches the description perfectly: in the middle of nature, peaceful. Our hosts were very responsive, friendly and provided good advice throughout our stay. We enjoyed the presence of donkeys next to the cabin.
