Ivone and Joep’s place is unique and memorable. About a mile off the Camino de Santiago, we opted to stay here for a night, and we are glad we did! The staff included volunteers and a student participating in an internship for her degree in ecology; everyone was so friendly and helpful. If you have the opportunity, check this out!

I had a great time at this peaceful place, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The place is quiet, clean and very conveniently located close to Puy du Fou. Marie-Hélène's house, next to hers, is in a rural and forest environment, far from everything, and it's charming. Ideal for hikes in the Morvan. Marie-Hélène is discreet and attentive to her guests.

This is a fantastic location with absolutely stunning views. It’s quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The host cooks a delicious dinner that I highly recommend. You can take a quiet and peaceful walk.

Robi and Marina were one of the best hosts that we ever had on Airbnb. On the first day we had a problem with the battery of our car and needed a new one. Robi immediately organized a new one. Both of the hosts were so friendly and lovely, just like there wonderful cat Dakota. Marina helped us with traveling suggestions. We'd love to come back. Denise & Nadine

This place was absolutely stunning. The views were amazing, the surroundings were so peaceful, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked. We cooked meals at the hut each evening and enjoyed the hot pool outside each day. I can’t recommend this place enough. Mikael is kind, thoughtful and has a lot of pride in his place. Far exceeded our expectations!

Warm welcome from Fabienne and Willy in their charm remains on more than 1 hectar of well-maintained land. Beautiful picine with easy access and views . Even we didn't practice it, the weather was too cool... it really makes you want to go back to this idillic setting, in the countryside.

Giovanna the perfect host in every way, always trying to make your stay the best that it can be. Idyllic setting for those who appreciate the peace and quiet that pure nature can provide . The breakfast is memorable for its contents and presentation, add too that the tranquil setting and the magic is complete .

Although we did not have the pleasure of meeting Claudine, her partner David was an exemplary host; friendly, super helpful and cooked a full English breakfast thoroughly enjoyed by my partner. Winston puppy is equally as charming as his owner. The views from our bedroom were outstanding. Highly recommend to other travellers.

Comfortable, well equipped accommodation that has everything you need. Lovely large shower. Very quiet area with very easy access to all the attractions in the Lake District. Lovely little village. Highly recommend. Great responsive host.

Our stay at Lenie & Hans was very nice. Lenie is a good hostess who knows how to make her guests happy. The room was spacious and with good amenities. Coffee and tea, a microwave and we could even borrow the electric cooler as a fridge. Really great! Nice bed and a bathroom for ourselves. Breakfast was different every day. Lenie let us taste the Norwegian (breakfast) cuisine. Everything was on the table and always something warm. Never had such a variety in a B & B! From reindeer meat to crème brulée. Pancakes, waffles, oven-roasted tomato and brown cheese. Because you have to try it when you are in Norway. We give this stay a big 10! The location was also fine! Beautiful view of the fjord and plenty of hiking options nearby.

The surroundings are also perfect for hiking, relaxing and unwinding. Egle & Leo are incredibly warm and attentive hosts – I felt completely welcome and well taken care of.

3Art is an amazing place to enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the Arctic. The place is warmly decorated yet with ample space in the common area. It is out of the city and services are many miles away, so be prepared, but that is also its charm. Also, the host Signe is very friendly as is her cat.

Having travelled around Scotland many times, this was the loveliest place we have stayed at. Bettina and Roland were so welcoming and enthusiastic about what the area has to offer. It is a beautiful location with extraordinary views. We were blessed with a sunny day to walk to Inverie on the coastal path that Roland and Bettina have developed. We only booked for 2 nights. Camilla gets the best rating from us. Best service and she made us feel very welcome. A little hotel feeling, nice Maria Åkerberg products that you got to enjoy. cozy living. Camilla served us the finest breakfast on a silver platter and we were also treated to dessert pie. if anything was on the downside, it was the hot tub that was right next to Camilla's house/patio. We thought it was placed a little more secluded. Otherwise, just a lot of roses from us.

We had a great stay! The place is spacious—perfect for a couple and a child—and the garden is secure, which was ideal for our dog to run around safely. It’s also conveniently located, with amenities just a short drive away. The hosts were fantastic with communication and even offered us a lovely tour of their farm, which was a really nice touch. Totally recommend this place!

Awesome stay at Joris’s loft. One of the most charming and best-located Airbnbs I’ve stayed at across 40+ countries. It’s located one canal ring outside the crowded/loud central area ensuring the street was peaceful and clean—while still being just a 10min walk to Centraal station, ferries, and trams were even closer. Joris gave us some great local tips for restaurants and sights, and was easy to reach. As stated in the listing this is an old building with steep access and an efficient layout which worked fine for our group of three during our short stay. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful 2-day stay at Milan’s place in Foča. The location is absolutely stunning—surrounded by peaceful nature, with the sound of the river in the background creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some outdoor adventure, especially the water rafting, which was an unforgettable experience. The accommodation was comfortable and well-suited to the natural setting. Just be aware that, as with any place close to nature, there were a few insects and spiders around—but nothing unexpected for the area. Milan was a friendly and accommodating host, and we’d definitely recommend this stay to anyone looking to reconnect with nature and enjoy some adventure in a serene environment.

This is a real hidden gem. From the moment I arrived, I knew it would be great. The surroundings are beautiful and the breakfast was wonderful. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I felt like I was at a luxury resort and would love to come back.
