Luxury Shepherd's Hut with stunning sunset views!

Welcome to Honeysuckle, our luxury shepherd's hut with stunning views across the fields in the Chilterns. In the evenings sit and watch the sun go down around your fire pit or stay cosy indoors with your log burner. We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in March/April 2025!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.

The stag Hut has been created with a passion for the animal that often roams the fields that surround the shepherds hut. We are situated on the Beara Peninsula, just up the road from Helen's Bar in Kilmackilogue. Our Shepherds Hut called The Bothy, overlooks the sea, and is three minutes walk to the beach. Enjoy nature at its best with views of Kenmare Bay and its surrounding mountains. It is a hikers paradise, lying just off 'The Beara Way' . Cyclists will also be in their element with The Healy Pass a few kilometres away. Kenmare is half an hour away with wonderful shops and restaurants.

Within the eco-friendly "La Colline aux Chevreuils", located on the heights of Volvestre facing the Pyrenees, less than an hour from Toulouse. La Cabane du Chevreuil welcomes you to a 4 ha permaculture site for a comfortable, exotic and informative stay in the heart of nature. Optionally in the evening, a platter of 10 varieties of farm cheeses will be served in the cabin or outside to admire the sunset accompanied by salad and wine as well as gourmet homemade desserts.

Welcome to SHEP – your cosy shepherd’s hut on a vintage military lorry, nestled along an old railway line on our family farm in the Scottish Borders. Snuggle up by the wood-burning stove in winter or throw open the French doors for a summer BBQ. Ideal for couples, families or solo stays. Optional wood-fired hot tub – £70 per stay (please book in advance). Pre-light service can be requested but is not always available. Extra logs can be purchased for £15 per bag.
