Die schöne Altbauwohnung befindet sich im letzten Haus auf dem Rammelsberg mitten in der Natur und bietet sehr viele Möglichkeiten für einen spannenden abwechslungsreichen Urlaub in Goslar mit sowohl Stadt als auch Naturnähe. Du hast die wunderschöne Altstadt (lohnt sich sehr!) nicht weit entfernt, viele Wanderwege direkt vor der Tür, einen Wasserfall und See, eine Pizzeria im Haus und vor allen Dingen das schöne Weltkulturerbe Bergwerk direkt vor der Nase. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt!🏔️

Unser um 1550 erbautes Fachwerkhaus liegt auf der längsten aneinanderliegenden Fachwerkhausstraße Niedersachsens und durch die zentrale Lage in der Innenstadt sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten ohne Mühe in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Die Gemütlichkeit des Fachwerkes ist sofort zu spüren, es ist sehr familienfreundlich und unsere tüchtige Hausverwaltung ist stets erreichbar. Es verfügt über drei Ebenen, wobei die Schlafräume in den oberen Etagen nur über schmale Treppen zu erreichen sind.

Der Bahnhof in Nörten ist fussläufig innerhalb von 6 Minuten sehr gut zu erreichen. Zum Bäcker benötigt man auch nicht länger.

Die Ferienwohnung „Hühnernest“ liegt liebevoll eingerichtet und gepflegte in einem älteren Bauernhaus. Mit dem Bio-Gemüse und den Bio-Eiern aus dem Hofladen haben wir zwei Mal ein leckeres Abendessen in der gut eingerichteten Küche zubereiten können. Katja und Jörge haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und wir waren nach kurzer Zeit in regem Austausch mit Ihnen. So haben wir einiges Interessantes über den Betrieb erfahren.

Die Unterkunft war traumhaft. Die Ausstattung war hochwertig und die Einrichtung liebevoll ausgewählt. Der Blick in die Berge hat den Aufenthalt auch bei Regen zu etwas ganz besonderem gemacht. Ute und Frank waren super lieb und immer hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ferienwohnung " Altstadt Northeim"

We immediately felt right at home in this space and the apartment is bigger than it looks in the pictures! It is in the heart of Northeim with all the shops and restaurants in close proximity. We have a baby and a toddler, so it was convenient to easily bring our double stroller in and out of the front door and walk through town. The Hotel Schere is right across the street and their restaurant is open for 3 meals a day if you want to eat out when other restaurants and cafes are closed. The weather was warm and there was occasional noise from the hotel bar at night, but it was minimal and we all slept well. If you are traveling with a baby, young children, or elderly people there are some stairs in the apartment fyi (a staircase down to the bathroom, a few steps into the living room). It wasn't a problem, but we also kept a close eye when our baby when she was crawling around. Detlev was a gracious host and we hope to be able to stay here again!

Wir haben, anhand den sehr guten Bewertungen und Fotos dieser Wohnung, bei Jeff gebucht. Es war wirklich eine sehr gute Entscheidung und unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als erfüllt. Diese Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und Jeff und seine Frau haben wirklich ein Händchen für Einrichtung und Dekoration. Außerdem "zieht" sich eine wunderschöne indirekte Beleuchtung durch die gesamte Wohnung. ✨️ Die Terrasse ist zudem, wie in anderen Bewertungen zu lesen, wirklich ein absolutes Highlight mit einem traumhaften Ausblick. Jeff war sehr kommunikativ, freundlich und absolut bemüht, damit wir uns vollkommen wohlfühlen und uns nichts fehlt. 😊 Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen - lieben Dank dafür!
