You will spend your vacation in our apartment renovated in 2021 on the 7th floor (elevator available) of a former hotel. Through the panoramic window you have a magnificent view of the mountains and the climatic health resort of Bad Grund. The apartment has a built-in kitchen, a dining area, a modern bathroom with large shower, as well as a cozy solid wood double bed with cotton bed linens. On the balcony you sit between herbs (to harvest yourself) & flowers on teak furniture.

Step into the apartment "Pferdestall" and you will be right in the kitchen. The almost "outdoor kitchen" has clear advantages, especially in summer. Afterwards, there is a small dining area from where you go into the bathroom and the living/bedroom (with high-quality bed). Overall, you have quite a lot of space and a dog will certainly enjoy it. Our half-timbered house, built around 1550, is located on the longest adjoining half-timbered house street in Lower Saxony and due to its central location in the city center, all sights are easily accessible on foot in a few minutes. The coziness of the half-timbered house is immediately noticeable. It is very family-friendly and our capable property management is always available. It has three levels, with the bedrooms on the upper floors only accessible via narrow stairs.

The apartment "Hühnernest" is lovingly decorated and well-maintained in an older farmhouse. With the organic vegetables and the organic eggs from the farm shop, we were able to prepare a delicious dinner in the well-equipped kitchen twice. Katja and Jörge welcomed us very warmly and after a short time we were in lively exchange with them. We learned some interesting things about the operation.

The place was gorgeous. The amenities were high quality and the furnishings lovingly selected. The view of the mountains made the stay something very special even in the rain. Ute and Frank were super sweet and always helpful. We will be happy to come back.

Vacation home "Altstadt Northeim"

We immediately felt right at home in this space and the apartment is bigger than it looks in the pictures! It is in the heart of Northeim with all the shops and restaurants in close proximity. We have a baby and a toddler, so it was convenient to easily bring our double stroller in and out of the front door and walk through town. The Hotel Schere is right across the street and their restaurant is open for 3 meals a day if you want to eat out when other restaurants and cafes are closed. The weather was warm and there was occasional noise from the hotel bar at night, but it was minimal and we all slept well. If you are traveling with a baby, young children, or elderly people there are some stairs in the apartment fyi (a staircase down to the bathroom, a few steps into the living room). It wasn't a problem, but we also kept a close eye when our baby when she was crawling around. Detlev was a gracious host and we hope to be able to stay here again!

We booked with Jeff based on the very good reviews and photos of this apartment. It was really a very good decision and our expectations were more than met. This apartment is very high quality and Jeff and his wife really have a knack for furnishing and decorating. In addition, a beautiful indirect lighting "flows" through the entire apartment. ✨️ The terrace is also, as can be read in other reviews, really an absolute highlight with a fantastic view. Jeff was very communicative, friendly and absolutely eager to make us feel completely comfortable and that we lacked nothing. 😊 We enjoyed the days very much - thank you very much!
