Alexander’s listing was accurate and in good location to everything! The rental was clean and instructions were clear for checking in. Added bonus was the parking spot which worked well. Good day away with my family, we had a lot of fun! Would recommend this rental.

Got lucky that it freed up a couple of days before I booked. Great spot, and even got me a parking pass so I could park on the street. Host was responsive and that's really important to me. I'd highly recommend and might book there again!

Great accomodation for a visit to New York. Hoboken is pleasant, the bus, train and ferry connections to Manhattan often and easy. Pubs and a supermarket around, the neighbourhood is enjoyable by day and quiet enough for a good sleep by night. Above that we felt safe the whole time. The flat was tidy and corresponded to the description. We liked to stay there as it is lovingly furnished and equipped with all the necessary things you need when being on tour. We appreciated the good bed for a good sleep, liked the design and enjoyed the many small amenities to discover bit by bit. Above that Tim and Dianna are very friendly and helpful hosts. Highly recommended!!

This place was nice and cozy, the bed was very comfortable and the little balcony is a nice feature.

I don’t even know where to start. Super comfy, super clean, Richard and Susan really love their home and it shows. There’s a calmness and peacefulness as you walk in. My partner and I enjoyed this weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. Thank you Richard and Susan for allowing us to unwind this weekend!! Absolutely perfect place for a large group with ample communal space but still with private bedrooms/bathrooms for each guest. Great home base for a fun group trip to Montreal. Loved the centrally located neighborhood with plenty to do and proximity to many key attractions. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Joanne greeted us when we arrived - wanted to make sure we were comfortable. She encouraged us to contact her with any questions. The apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. We are native Long Islanders and this location was central to the family and friends we were visiting.

Very well located apartment, with large living room and bed room, small kitchen and tiny bathroom. Communication with Sharon was easy and responsive.

Great, clean space at a great location. Having on-site parking was very helpful. Nice ocean views from multiple rooms.

Beautiful place to stay. If you want something in walking distance close to restaurants and tourist shops this is a bit of a walk. Peaceful place to stay, but had to drive to see attractions and places to eat. I loved how clean and spacious this place was. Perfect for any stay in a quiet neighborhood.

This place is a total gem. Super cozy, beautifully kept, and just has that good energy you hope for when booking a getaway. I felt relaxed, safe, and refreshed during my stay. My daughter and I had plenty of space to spread out. John’s place is very comfortable, clean, and charming. Thoughtful touches like extra hooks, suitcase stand, and bench at the entry to take off our wet shoes after a rainy Spring day in Hudson. Easy walk to great coffee shop and restaurants. Would definitely return!

Beautiful apartment to stay for a few days to explore the ADK. I met Bekim when I arrived. Very friendly and made me feel at home. It was very easy to check in.

The vibes overall were great. The beds are super comfy, and the bathroom is where it’s at. We had everything we needed and then some. Cozy, cute, and pleasant :)

We really enjoyed our stay. Check in and check out were so easy. The apartment had everything we needed. We were able to walk so many places and it was a quick drive to everything we planned to do. We will definitely be back.

Peaceful and quiet. Just what I wanted. The area is quiet and slow paced. My host was friendly and always responded within minutes. She accommodated all my requests

We felt very comfortable at Arnaud's place. The apartment was exactly as described. Everything I needed in the kitchen/bathroom/bedroom/living room was magically there, not to mention the fresh eggs. Both Arnaud and Dave were very responsive to all of my questions and friendly. We loved the hot tub as much as our puppy loved the beautiful and fully fenced in yard. My 7yo daughter loved scootering down street to an ice cream place, as well as to a park with a playground. I wished I had my bike on me since Finger Lakes Trail was just a short walk away. It was a great stay.

Location. Comfort. Price. All wrapped up in one. Had a nice, relaxing stay while visiting son at SUNY. A great choice for a weekend stay instead of the local hotels.

Kim’s place excelled in the following areas: easy to find, easy checkin process, clean home, working and ready-to-use hot tub, fire pit with chairs arranged nearby, working and available heat, plenty of towels, comfortable beds. My stay was extremely pleasant. Kim also made herself available by phone and answered any questions I had the day of and before.
