Nice property would stay again

Had a really wonderful stay with AV Hugh’s. Absolutely stunning property with lovely decor and a lovely garden. Communication was great throughout. When I had issues with the thermostat they were very quick to come and resolve them. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend them and would definitely stay again!!

Nice cottage in a pleasant area

Great location, two minutes walk to Rutland Water. Cottage was very clean and tidy. Charlotte lived close by so was able to give us help if we needed it. She suggested a visit to Stamford which we did. Oakham is close with plenty of places to eat. We had access to her lovely garden and so were able to sit out there.

A beautiful modern conversion, really comfy. The bed was perfect with a decent matress we slept very well. Great kitchen with everything you would need. We would stay again if in the area.

For the price of the place, the space is outstanding. Musthaq responds in time too.

Cecile’s apartment is gorgeous and she is a true gem. We used the apartment a lot over a 3 night stay including the full kitchen. Rutland waters are fascinating and accessible from the house. The beds are very soft so this won’t work if you’ve a bad back unfortunately.

Great stay at the Birds Nest! Sarah was a responsive friendly host as were the family on site. You can tell they take pride in their land/home. BnB was spacious with lovely views and clean all around, was the perfect peaceful weekend getaway, would definitely stay again :)

Samathas place was the perfect location for us as we were visiting family and friends nearby. The place was a good size and Samatha was very friendly and responsive.

The flat is beautiful stairs quite steep lovely bedroom and lounge. It’s a three minute walk to the perch an amazing pub with garden and great food. It’s half an hour river walk to the trout another amazing pub with views. The walk to Oxford is half an hour across fields and along the river. Easy walk and beautiful. There is a Waitrose few minutes drive away. The welcome back was lovely. The hosts so lovely . The garden beautiful. This is our second visit and will not be our last.

We booked Glyme Flat as we were working in the local area for a couple of days. What a lovely place to wind down after a days work! The instructions to find the place & check in where especially useful as it is very off the beaten track. Make sure you've got them downloaded as there really isn't much signal there! A hidden gem and rather exceptional in so many ways! Beautifully furnished and very comfortable bed. Feels like a little bit of paradise and such a warm hearted host! Perfect! One of the best Airbnb’s that I’ve stayed in!

Fantastic place nestled within a beautiful modern homely community. Everything down to having all the different utensils required to make a good dish is there. The effort going into making this beautiful place so welcoming is great!

Beautiful cottage style house very homely with lots of personal expression in the decor and personal effects (instruments and furnishings) Very spacious both inside and outside. Close enough to Milton Keynes for our event and close to surrounding towns but very quiet residential area with quaint little strip of shops and a post office. Was ideal stay for our purposes at a time where all accommodation was high it was fairly priced although I did mention it was not most ideal price but when you get there and see that your in their home and protecting their space it is clear why it’s priced as such. This is a stay that will feel like you’re in someone’s home, however, the communication and instructions allow you to feel at ease and welcome. Neighbours seemed lovely and friendly and the cat was a welcomed visitor. Cannot fault the property or its amenities at all would love to stay again

A beautiful cottage in a wonderful location. Annie's Tea Rooms a 30 second walk away was friendly with a great lunch and breakfast menu and lovely food, and The Boat Inn a 2 minute walk away was friendly and good food. And all around canal walks, woodland walks, kayaking on the doorstep. All this, and just a 20 minute drive into Central Oxford, or 5 minute drive to Blenheim Palace. We stayed for 3 nights and teh house and facilities were very good. There is a train track nearby, but the walls of the cottage are so thick, and trains infrequent, that we didn't notice them. Always the best recomendation, we would definitely look to stay again.

We loved our stay in Ducklington. The cottage was beautiful and so clean. It had everything we needed. Barry was so helpful and gave us lots of recommendations. We went to Diddly Squat during the day and the Farmers Dog for dinner and the evening. Barry recommended a taxi driver who was wonderful. Thank you Barry and Julian. We loved our stay x

Really lovely stay. Extremely pristine and private airbnb, perfect for dogs and so peaceful! If your only knowledge of the English countryside is from romantic movies, then this is pretty much 100% as dreamy as you would hope. Angela was always available and responded in an extremely timely manner. We have stayed in many places that claim the pool is heated only to be disappointed. This pool was so warm we could swim in 18c weather on a cloudy day. We loved everything about our stay and the kitchen is very generously stocked with knives, cutting boards, kitchen scissors, etc. We could not recommend this airbnb and the hosts enough! The neighbours are also so kind and warm and even suggested walking routes for us and the dog. Don’t hesitate and book in now!

Lucky with the weather during our 3 night stay made it even better than expected. The balcony and the bi-fold doors were ideal for viewing the surrounding countryside and the sunsets. The area was really spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well.
