We had a fantastic stay at this cabin! It was spacious, giving the kids plenty of room to run around, and the peaceful farm setting made for a perfect family getaway. The log fired hot tub was a real treat. Stacey was amazing with communication. Quick to respond and super helpful. Highly recommend

We've just returned from a girls weekend at Gopsall Farm and stayed in pod 2. It was everything we hoped it would be and the cows for neighbours was an added bonus. It was a very relaxing break, we made great use of the hot tub, had drinks in Farm pub, listening to live music and taking in the beautiful views from our decking. The bottle of fizz on arrival was a lovely touch and went down very nicely. All the amenities you could need were supplied. I would thoroughly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed. We will definitely be back.

We loved the location! Stunning views and a gated entrance giving a secure feel. Our cabin was lovely - well equipped with loads of extra goodies which was a lovely touch. Bath towels provided and separate towels for the hot tub. Sadly the hot tub wasn’t working for our visit however we were very quickly told that we could use the hot tub at the main residence, which actually had even better views so that wasn’t a problem and we didn’t feel overlooked or a bother. We loved having all the animals around the farm and grew especially fond of Lenny the cat who spent a lot of time with us. The hosts were incredibly friendly and we were made to feel very welcome. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Myself and my partner stayed for 2 nights at Alex and Liz’s lovely cabin. We had a wonderful stay and felt very relaxed. The hot tub was a fantastic addition to our stay. The cabin is beautiful and very clean. It’s tucked away next to a beautiful field and we felt very close to nature! We had a very peaceful time and was just what we needed to escape the busy city life! Alex and Liz are amazing hosts. They are very friendly, warm and welcoming. They respected our privacy but were incredibly quick to respond if we had any issues or problems. We couldn’t praise them enough! If you are thinking of staying at their cabin, we would strongly recommend you do! We would definitely love to return in the future!

Lodge was comfortable and clean. Hot tub ready to use and so relaxing. Views incredible over the lakes. Staff super friendly and chatty. Great location and very peaceful. We enjoyed it that much we have already booked to go again next year.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Mirror Houses in Cubley, and it was exactly what I needed to recharge. The location offered a serene and tranquil environment, ideal for a peaceful getaway. The accommodation was well-equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Communication with the hosts was exceptional; they were responsive and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. Their hospitality truly enhanced the experience. Overall, The Mirror Houses provided a perfect setting for a rejuvenating weekend, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a quiet and comfortable retreat.

I loved it so much I have booked to go again, disappointed that the prices are higher. However it was the perfect break that I needed.

Our stay at the lodge was so relaxing mainly due to the quiet location but also because it is well appointed and comfortable. If you self cater it has all you require but there's a pub just down the road which unfortunately we didn't have time to explore. We'll be back next year!

This cabin was absolutely beautiful. The communication and instructions from the host were amazing from the get go. The cabin was really cute, with a spacious hot tub and surrounded by nature. I adore the honesty shed as it provided relevant supplies for the stay. It was extremely peaceful and would be happy to come again!

We thoroughly enjoyed are stay here at Bleinheim lodges. Fantastic location very close to Bleinheim palace, Woodstock and only a 25 minute drive to Oxford city. The lodge was clean and had everything we needed, very well presented. We had a dog friendly lodge and a small area out back to let him out. Lovely fields around to walk him. Would highly recommend this stay to anyone!

Wow! Where do I start! The lodge absolutely exceeded our expectations! The photos looked beautiful but it was even more amazing in person! The weekend away was a celebration for my birthday and a new job. Nat & JJ had made a real fuss with a big balloon and banners! Which made me feel lovely! The lodge was spotless! The style was quirky and right up our street! There was everything and more you could think of in the lodge and even a very thoughtful welcome basket!! The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable! Now for the views 😍 what an incredible site to wake up In the morning with a cuppa and see the wonderful lake and people on the jet ski! The hot-tub was just an added bonus! Overall we were so incredibly happy with our decisions to stay! We all had the best weekend and can’t wait to return! Thank you so much again xx

This is a beautiful place in a beautiful setting. We went by public transport so if you take that option bear in mind you will do a fair bit of walking to reach places, which is no bad thing when the surroundings are so pretty. We went to the Riverside Hub Saturday morning which is great for families (all ages) and in the afternoon spent some time on the decking relaxing by the river. The accommodation is actually even more impressive than the photos. The girls were in awe of the bathtub on feet! We had dinner at the Marseille in town, which had delicious food and excellent service. On Sunday we ate at the resort, which was also nice. Everyone at the resort was very friendly. It has a lovely relaxed atmosphere. All in all a great break!

Couldn’t have hoped for a better stay here. The place was immaculate and so lovely. The hosts were faultless and went the extra mile to ensure we had a great time. The local town was so lovely. Will certainly be coming back here later in the year! We loved it. Thankyou!

A clean and well equipped Cabin in a fantastic quiet location. Very accessible to Oxford. Would definitely return if available on my next visit to Oxford. The village is charming with a very inviting cosy pub

We had the best stay at Kite Lodge. The surroundings are absolutely stunning and the hot tub made the experience extra special. The lodge had everything we needed and the dogs are well accommodated for here too just bear in mind that the immediate garden area isn’t enclosed but that was ok for our dogs. Plenty to do in the surrounding areas all recommended by Rachel in the welcome pack. We will be recommending Rutland Hideaways to everyone!

Loved our stay at Sandstone Lodge! Very quick responses when we contacted with a couple of questions. Lovely views, nice and peaceful. Two beautiful dogs, who live in the house on site, who made our mornings when we opened the door to the living room and could see them sitting at our patio doors ready to play ball! Would definitely book to stay again.

Very comfortable stay at Joe & Liz's cabin. It was clean and tidy, kitchen was well equipped, and the living area was spacious. We ate both nights at The Runway from the guest food vans and were blown away by the atmosphere, what a gem of a place, definitely recommend visiting during your stay. The village of Tysoe was nice with a well stocked village shop albeit a little pricey but very convenient and lots of fresh local produce. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Liz & Joe.

We had a lovely time, even in winter when the rain was pouring! It's cosy and clean, close to Rutland water if you want to visit. I'm originally from Rutland and we were visiting family, it's a short journey to Oakham, Uppingham, Rutland water, close to amenities. It was great to have the dog with us and our 5-year-old. We will be booking again!

We had a lovely weekend at Vyners Studio. The apartment was really well equipped and had everything we needed. It was a beautiful bright space to spend time in. Walking distance to the Red Lion for dinner and also to the distillery (about 5km along footpaths).

Great little getaway in a lovely park-like location on a beautiful lake. If you like watersports, this is the place for you! (We were in the area to visit family, so we didn’t partake in any water sports). Very well appointed lodge with everything you need. A couple minor issues (eg. couldn’t find a remote) were dealt with quickly. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway or family vacation.

Sunning location by the side of a small lake. Sunsets were stunning. Lodge is very well appointed and spotlessly clean. Bed is super comfortable with luxury bed linens. The shower is huge and excellent. Lots to do in the local area. Mini Meadows petting farm is very close and was very much enjoyed by our 3 year old granddaughter. Loads of pubs within a few minutes drive and the lovely market town of Market Harborough has lots of lovely shops and some great eating places. And every supermarket you can think of!

Great place and just what we needed. George and Oli were great hosts, responsive and very helpful throughout. We’re back again soon for another few weeks.
