Great house, very spacious and well equipped. The garden is lovely, big and ideal for barbecues in the summer. Set in a quiet village with a pub serving great food just over the road.

Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

Perfect location for visiting the Silverstone Circuit. Really comfortable cosy family home which is well presented. Hosts really friendly and attentive throughout the stay too. Really nice touch to have bits in the fridge on arrival too! Had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

An ideal spot for night before the wedding at Warwick house. The Sonos surround speakers were the highlight, blasting out tunes while getting ready for the big day! Breakfast goodies were much appreciated and saved us having to go out and get bits in. Great for kids too, the tv and games kept them entertained!

My stay at Zara's was amazing! I checked in on short notice and I felt right at home. Moz was super proactive and communicative. Moreover, he went the extra mile to offer some delicious home-cooked meals. If you're in Luton, I'd highly recommend - the place is clean, close to the town centre as well as the airport.

The studio delivered on all accounts. It was well appointed with quality furniture and bed which helped us relax and have a good nights sleep. A tasty breakfast was provided which included free range eggs from Yvonne’s chickens. It’s in a quiet location with easy access to the surrounding areas. We would highly recommend. Yvonne was the perfect host.

We had the loveliest stay at Castle Folly in Warwick, made even more special by our amazing hosts! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every little detail had been thoughtfully planned. Julie went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—a delicious cake for a birthday celebration, leaving a bottle of prosecco, and even our initials in wood on the windowsill! The breakfast was just as thoughtful—fresh bread, two perfectly placed eggs, and many sweet little treats. Every part of the stay was sprinkled with kindness, from the handwritten notes to the charming knights. We just couldn’t have asked for a better or more generous host. The warmth and hospitality made this one of the most memorable Airbnb experiences we've ever had. If you're looking for a truly magical and unique getaway, this is the place to be!

We had a lovely stay in Avril’s place. Avril was a wonderful host - communicative, friendly and flexible with check in and out times. We appreciated touches like nespresso pods, tea and The White Company products in the bathrooms. This was a great location to stay in if you want to be close to Tring or the Pendley Manor Hotel. We were staying for a wedding being held at the hotel and were less than a 5 minute drive from both. Avril helpfully recommended a taxi service which we used multiple times. Highly recommend!

We have stayed before as it is only 10 mins away from family. Great breakfast too. Beautiful countryside. You can see for miles in all directions. It is a working farm so take wax ear plugs if you're a light sleeper like me. Will defo go again.
