Amazing place and fantastic host a good base for what we needed

Had a great 5 days , place was lovely, everything we needed, small wood at bottom of garden with loads of muntjac deer( friendly) large wood further back which had lovely walks, on bus route into kings Lynn,we walked in then caught the bus back, Asda close by , parking, WiFi, good shower , all nice and clean , if that way again would have no hesitation in using again

A lovely place to stay in. very cosy and homely. Great instructions how to get there. would recommend it to friends and family. made to feel welcome. Thank you for letting us stay. 🙂

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Karen and Colin's home. It was absolutely spotless, quiet and looked out onto a stunning park. I met Colin on day 1 and he showed me around the property, it was immaculate with everything you need for a homely stay, I will 100% rebook when working in the area again. Thank you.
