We cannot fault our stay here, it did exactly what we wanted. Peace and quiet in an amazing location and the animals sealed the deal. Arnie was amazing and took time to explain about all the animals and nothing was too much trouble. We definitely will be coming back when the animals are roaming. I miss the cats already!!

The perfect escape! Farahnaz and Paul are really helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The Summerhouse is so secluded and cosy. it really is a proper escape from the "Busy Life" Shakurs on the corner is a great place to eat if you get the chance. This was perfect for what I wanted; peaceful, private and in the most stunning countryside. June was very friendly and helpful and checking in and out was simple and easy. Definitely recommend!

We all had a lovely stay with Pete and Sue. The annexe was spacious and perfect for a group of 4! It was extremely homely and comfortable, you can’t fault it! We were very well welcomed by Milo who was a real character😅! They had great recommendations for the area which was stunning! It was easy to locate and had no trouble at all! Hugely appreciated their hospitality and was definitely worth the visit. We hope to come back to the area soon!😁

My husband and I plus our elderly cat stayed at Vanessa and Dom's gorgeous Garden Room whilst in the area looking for a property. The bungalow was spotlessly clean, modern, and inviting with a very comfortable bed. The kitchen was great, well stocked and we cooked meals every night. Lovely fluffy towels provided in the bathroom and plenty of hot water. A great little area in the hallway provided a washing machine and we had a rotary line at the side of the bungalow. The lounge overlooked their beautiful back garden which was both very private and peaceful. Everything we could possibly need! Both Vanessa and Dom were extremely welcoming and friendly and communication was excellent. We have really enjoyed our stay and meeting their lovely dog Pablo, such a character! We would definitely recommend! Thank you Vanessa and Dom for a lovely stay!

Sophie and Joe were amazing hosts, and we enjoyed every second of it, from the welcome hamper, the cosy interior and the friendly environment! It was the perfect places to celebrate our anniversary and in a great location to feel out of the city/town and with nature but also close to Warwick town centre, Leamington spa and Stratford-apon-Avon if you were wanted to do any shopping, historic visits or go out for brunch/coffee/ or dinner! I would highly recommend them not just for the place but for the people as well!

An incredible stay in a stunning location! The place was beautifully set up and had everything we could possibly need. Our host was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and quick to respond to any messages, which made us feel right at home. Nestled in picturesque countryside, the Airbnb offered breath-taking forest walks and a truly peaceful escape. Highly recommend!

Beautiful cottage conversion, stylishly staged, with a wonderful feel, private parking and close to everything you'd need. Bumped into Amanda, who was super friendly, talkative and even offered for us to leave our car longer than our stay whilst we went on a walk. Would definitely come back again!

We had the most wonderful stay this weekend, it was a perfect half way meet for each family. Andreea was super helpful with recommendations for restaurants and directions. The guest house was stunning, we had plenty of space for 4 adults. The sun did make a slight appearance and the outside seating was very welcoming! There was everything we needed, the beds were super comfortable, the showers were powerful and the lounge area was great for us all being able to sit together. 100% recommend Andreea’s guest house and I’m sure we will be back! We had a wonderful stay at the Annex and only wish we could have stayed longer! The accommodation was perfect for us to have a girly catch up. It was clean and homely and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the welcome hamper and milk! The gardens are stunning - we spent a long time enjoying them and feeding the duck and gorgeous ducklings. Joanne also let us give their tortoise breakfast which was great fun. Gerry and Joanne are brilliant hosts, friendly and easy going and forthcoming with information. Needed a night away with my maid of honour the night before my wedding so was looking for somewhere local! The annexe at frost cottage was perfect!!! It was everything we needed! Beautiful decor and perfectly clean!! Couldn’t fault it! Really comfy sofas and bed! We stayed in watched father of the bride and cooked a stir fry! Liz left us a lovely bottle of bubbles for our evening! A fabulous stay, would recommend to anyone!

We stayed for 3 nights with our one year old. A lovely place. So peaceful and cosy. Wishing waking distance of Bradgate. WiFi was fast and lots of useful info provided. We loved the cookies!

A wonderfully located property, which was beautifully decorated and very clean. Charlotte was a great host - providing the most useful and comprehensive guide to the property and places to eat and visit I’ve had, and communicated quickly & clearly. Andrew was a fantastic host right from booking. He was responsive and helpful throughout our stay, taking the time to check us in thoroughly and always on hand. The place was pristine and very well kept. Amenities on offer were 5* so with so many thoughtful touches that added to our experience. The house itself was fully equipped, including games and arcade machine which made for lots of fun! The outdoor space was very well maintained and peaceful. Thank you for a wonderful stay! The perfect retreat for a peaceful weekend.

I had an eight-week stay in the middle of a house move and it was very modern and well-equipped, spotlessly clean with ample space and facilities. It's in a pleasant, peaceful semirural location which I knew before I chose it and road and rail connections are easily accessible as is a very decent choice of local restaurants and takeaways. There's fast fibre broadband for work or leisure, (plenty of options for streaming on the TV), good cellular reception, plus off-street parking right outside the front door. And Kerry and Declan were every bit as welcoming and helpful as others have said. Highly recommend.

Wow what a place, was absolutely perfect, stayed with my girlfriend for a night and was a brilliant, peaceful and romantic evening, wouldn’t change a thing

We had a lovely stay at Anne and Nick's. The place is great for couples or small families. Thr kitchen is super well equipped- I wish we were staying for longer to make the most of it! we had a lovely welcome message on the wall which made my son's day and the TV has plenty apps which also made his day 😂 The only issue was the foul smell from the bathroom which opens out in to the kitchen. Overall we had a lovely stay ❤️

Very well kept, no issues with check-in and host very responsive. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.
