A lovely place to stay - – the house is beautiful, we loved the decor and the style. The location is great – close to the centre of Norwich but tucked away to feel quiet and peaceful. The shared courtyard space was amazing. The house is well-equipped, the beds were very comfortable with nice linen. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Norwich.

This is a really great AirBnB - good location, clean, well appointed, nicely decorated and (this is rare) fluffy towels. Caroline is also very responsive and great to deal with. All great, thank you!

Thank you Edward for a lovely 2 night stay at your smashing and quirky little retreat. We enjoyed the beautiful location, and was perfect for what we needed. Our son enjoyed the piano, and we loved the 3 roaming chickens and 2 cats that greeted us too. Edward is a fantastic host and would definitely recommend a stay here.

Our second visit, and the barn and surroundings were beautiful in spring! Particularly enjoyed watching the sunset over the meadow at the back with a drink. Thanks Hannah for a great stay

We all loved our stay here, children and adults! Maire was such a friendly and informative host, providing us with recommendations on days out when the weather wasn’t looking too good a few days before our stay and making sure we had everything for the 4 children. The house was super clean and cosy and we all slept very well each night in the comfy beds. The children enjoyed having the little garden to potter around and play in after our days out and it was a nice relaxing spot for the evenings. Really pleased to have found this gem of a holiday home.

We had a lovely 3 nights here. Very relaxing, comfy bed. Lovely courtyard garden. Very large shower. We ate at Blackboys Hotel where the food was incredible! ! We took our puppy with us, the property was perfect for this. Rebecca’s asked any questions we had very quickly. We visited Happisburgh

Julia's house has a lot of charm and character. It's practical and homely. I enjoyed the interesting picturess, books, and furniture. The kitchen is light and airy and there is a lovely garden. Despite being close to the centre it is so quiet and peaceful. Look out for the ginger cat who graces the wall out front! Thank you, Julia for an easy, pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Horizon house. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. So close to the beach and amenities! Great having space for 2 cars off street parking too, made unloading/ loading much easier.

Booked at very late notice but thankfully Ben got back to me quickly and was very responsive throughout the stay. The cottage is beautifully decorated and has everything you need and more. Felt very cosy and relaxed there. Loved the working stove. Great spacious parking facilities. There’s a hotel about 10 mins walk away that serves good food. Perfect location for exploring Norfolk.

Excellent comfortable flat to stay in Norwich with parking. Great to do your own cooking in the full kitchen and use of washing machine. Definitely everything you need is provided, even breakfast provisions & laundry detergent. I found it easier to use the back entrance as just 1 door to get in but be aware that you have to go up a flight of stairs either way. Responsive hosts and I can't think of anything to improve the place. Easy to walk to local restaurants and into Norwich town centre. The bedroom is quiet as it's not facing the main road. I stayed 4 nights and was very happy with my stay.

Absolutely fantastic weekend away , The apartment was as described and contained everything we needed plus more. Great location conveniently 5 minutes walk from the Beach and 10 minutes into town - along a beautiful Seaview promenade. I would certainly recommend the putting green cafe for breakfast , its the closest and the full English was on point. Ideal location for exploring Sheringham shops and seafront. Literally a minutes walk away. This ground floor apartmentwas ideal for my elderly mother as there were only a couple of indoor steps to negotiate. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Off street parking a major plus. Complimentary bottle of Prosecco very welcoming! Thank you Angie, will definitely be coming back ☺️

All of Sheringhams amenities are within easy walking distance. The accommodation was spotless and the well equipped kitchen had everything you could need. The off street parking was a bonus and we look forward to a return visit and would recommend to others. thanks

A lovely apartment, approx 5 minutes walk into the centre of Cromer. The apartment was very spacious, bigger than I expected and spotlessly clean. Lovely welcome pack including pastries, Buck’s Fizz, milk , fruit etc. It has quality furnishings and is extremely well equipped with everything you might need. Super American style fridge freezer in the large kitchen/diner and a lovely comfy king size bed in the large bedroom. Jean was very responsive and on hand if needed. This was definitely one of the best apartments I have stayed in, I will definitely stay again if in the area. Highly recommended. Thank you Jean.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The space was **immaculately clean, cosy, and modern**, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Everything worked perfectly, making the experience seamless and stress-free. It truly felt like a home away from home. We had such a lovely stay. The flat is very clean, nicely decorated and the outdoor area is beautiful. The sauna was fab and we loved taking a dip in the water. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed 3 nights at the tutor apartment. This property has beautiful old windows and high ceilings. The apartment is much more spacious than expected from the pictures and nicely presented. It has a lovely breakfast table near the windows in the kitchen and a court yard off the bedroom with seating. We had everything we needed, the washer was helpful and the large bath, with a boy covered in sand. The beach was about 10 to 15 minutes away depending on which route you took. We enjoyed lovely meals and drinks near the apartment. There is a park across the road with sea views and a lovely cafe. The beds were comfy and the seating in the lounge area. You could hear the birds singing with the door open. We travelled on the train to explore other areas. The apartment has everything you need and the hosts were just right and helpful were needed. Check-in and communication was perfect. The flat an garden are wonderful, there is everything you need and more. When I arrived, there were cookies, chips and a bottle of wine plus a nice card greeting me. There was a shelf full of novels to choose from. The house is very near the seafront and the town centre. I hugely enjoyed my stay and warmly recommend Emma's house. Free parking in the street to be found.

Had a lovely two night stay Annetta greated us and showed us around was very lovely, The place was beautiful and quite and very clean and had everything you needed and the hot tub was a added luxury, loved waking up and walking outside and seeing the horses. My partner feel in love with Daisey the cat she likes to come and greet u also 😀 We would definitely come and stay again 😀
