Adrian is such an amazing host. He came to meet us briefly when we checked in and explained everything we needed to know which was very helpful. His Flat is well equipped, comfortable and a lovely place to stay. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom has both the shower and bath which we really appreciated. As a person who loves cooking, l felt at home as l had all l needed to cook on days we didn't feel like getting a takeaway or eating out. It was easy to find free parking spaces for our car near the flat. We were able to explore alot of lovely places that included south Queensferry, Edinburgh Castle, Culross village as well as Dumfermline. My husband and our toddler we loved our time in Scotland, and staying at Adrian's flat hugely contributed to that. As a family we highly recommend 👌 this place.

There are 3 things that make a really good airbnb; location, accommodation and hosting - this place ticks all 3 boxes and then some. Paul is a fantastic host; friendly, relaxed and on hand should the need arise. The location of the studio is fantastic - with it's own access and really close to both the small town of Inverkeithing, some cracking bits of the Fife Coastal Path (really recommend the walk along to North Queensferry), and the station being on the doorstep for trips across the bridge into Edinburgh. The accommodation is something else - beautifully designed, with everything and more you could possibly need, underfloor heating to keep the whole thing cosy and a really comfortable bed. I absolutely loved my time here and will hopefully be back the next time I'm in the area. Thanks Paul!

What a beautiful and unique place! Having stayed locally a few times i've walked past this building previously, but never guessed what was inside! Its a stunning space, absolutely immaculate and with every amenity you need for a stay of any length. Leon is incredibly accomodating and responsive - had a bit of an issue while i was there and he was right on it and we got to a solution very rapidly. Other thing to mention is the location; out the door and across the playing fields is the coastal path and fantastic views out to the bridges - in the other direction is the train station and direct trains into Edinburgh, or further on into Scotland. All in all a lovely stress-free stay, thank you Leon!

Fantastic property with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Bonus views from the front window! Great location making it easy to visit Edinburgh for a day trip. Would definitely recommend.
