Villa Kataja chalet in Paljakka

Completed in 2014, our cottage is located in Paljakka, close to ski trails and mountain biking trails. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. A deck with a glass railing throughout the cabin's width allows you to sense the peace of nature, both in winter and in summer. The yard has a wood storage, a fire pit, and a lot. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist Center Ukkohalla 26 km. Shop: Poland city center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

Small apartment with personal character

The property is located in a quiet residential area, in a courtyard building in a detached house about 15km from the center of Oulu. The apartment in new taxes is in good condition, there are sleeping places for two, and an air mattress for the third if needed. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed (an extra mattress is available upon guest arrival) Other things to note: There is a folder on the table in the hallway with a few home instructions for the renter, be sure to read thanks.
