Vacation rentals with a pool in North Ostrobothnia

Amazing house in a beautiful location. We had a very nice stay here. The house is very cozy, sauna is great and the pool was awesome. The hosts are very friendly and communication was smooth. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area!

Amazing experience. The location is great for seeing auroras (we saw them!) and only half an hour from Rovaniemi. The lake is very beautiful. The cottage is very well equipped and cozy. The only issue we had was the door locks which are not intuitive. The host's communication was very good. I highly recommend this accommodation!

We had a lovely holiday in Sanna’s beautiful home. It was perfect for the whole family - even better than we had expected from the photos. The location was fantastic - only a few minutes drive to the town but so peaceful and right across the road from the lake. We enjoyed so many walks on the lake, ice fishing with the equipment Sanna provided, the hot tub and sauna and the youngest member of the family expended lots of energy on the bouncy castle in the basement. Sanna was so helpful with recommendations in advance. It has been a wonderful family holiday, aided by good weather, bright blue skies and great sights of the northern lights. Jari’s home is amazing, and Jari himself is genuinely the best host we’ve ever had. We were two families staying over NYE. 3 kids under 5 and four adults. The space was perfect for us - everyone had their own space, and there were even tons of toys that the kids could play with during our stay (which they loved!). The home is modern with everything you need, and the views over the lake are incredible. We thought we would be traveling into town a lot, but ended up loving the home so much that we spent all of our time there. Jari also went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Was super responsive with recommendations and answers to questions, and really helped us feel at home during our stay. Would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning new log villa on the shores of Lake Rukajärvi, and it was an experience beyond compare. This property combines the best of both modern luxury and natural beauty, offering an exceptional getaway. The serene lakeside setting provides a peaceful escape while still being close to all the action. The design of the villa is both elegant and functional. Downstairs features two spacious bedrooms, a separate toilet, a utility room, and a well-appointed bathroom with two showers and a sauna. The highlight of the downstairs area is the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space, which is crowned by an impressive 6-meter room height and a full glass end wall offering panoramic lake views. This log villa is a true gem. Its combination of luxurious accommodations, stunning lake views, and proximity to Ruka makes it an ideal choice for anyone seeking a memorable stay.

Great lake views, good swimming in the lake, access from a boardwalk connected to the house. Fully equipped kitchen, kitchen and table are equipped to host a large group of about twenty people. Good pool table. Plenty of birds around and squirrels in the gravel roads around. There was a WIFI issue which was fixed in day two of the stay.

Great place for short stay. Very friendly hosts.
