Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

Our accommodation has been renovated to modern standards in 2013, preserving the atmosphere of an old-time granny. Our property is located in a quiet side village of Kalajoki, 17 km from the center of Kalajoki and 25 km from Hiekkasärki. Our yard is home to rabbits, chickens, cats, dogs, horses and ponies. A trampoline, a pedal car and a sandbox are also available for guests. There is a barbecue canopy in the yard with a gas grill.

Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. Welcome to stay in a historic setting! This duplex is located in the charming courtyard of a mansion built in the early 1900s, right by the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and the other has a 140 cm double bed and an 80 cm single bed. In the kitchen, there is a wooden sofa (180 cm), which also serves as a bed for a smaller sleeper.
