Vacation rentals with a hot tub in North Island

We had a lovely stay with our dogs at Hawk House. The cottage is clean, tidy and located on a beautiful quiet section - exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway!

Carly’s place is beautiful ! The house is very spacious and clean. Kitchen is very nice and has all the basic things that you need. The views were beautiful and we could spot the deers from the deck it was magical. Would absolutely recommend! We had a amazing stay

Hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Everything was spotless, beautifully lit, and thoughtfully designed. The hot tub was incredible, especially with those unreal views—absolutely breathtaking. We genuinely didn’t want to leave and wished we had booked more nights. Brad was a fantastic host, and the whole experience felt peaceful, private, and perfect. Picton itself completely stole our hearts—such a special little town. I’m honestly dreaming of moving here and opening a barbershop someday. If you get the chance to stay here, take it. You won’t regret it.

Beautiful cosy place to stay, nice and warm; clean place, and comfortable beds. Nice added benefit of a spa to enjoy and nice area outside too. It was a relatively good price for a three bedroom place with spa, firepit and kitchen facilities, but note that the price increases per number of guests per night, which is not easy to see on the website, hence the score for that. So check if having guests on different nights to work out costings with contact person in advance. Extremely great communications, fast and clear responses. Great place to stay. Well we’ll thought out property and comfortably accommodated our group of 8. Has absolutely everything you need. Great quality linens and towels etc and the whole place felt fresh and clean. Team was great to deal with through the booking process

We had a fantastic stay! The hot tub was ready and warm on arrival, which is a rare treat as it’s often an extra cost and slow to heat up elsewhere. The house was clean, tidy, and spacious, with hotel-quality linen and towels that made it feel more like a boutique stay than someone else’s home. The location is perfect. An easy walk to the town square with a supermarket, cafés, restaurants, and a playground for the kids. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing family getaway. Check-in was seamless and communication with Tania was smooth and easy. Would definitely stay again!

Location was great 3 min walk to where we needed to be. Plenty of space for us all. Quiet/warm. Has all the extras if need be. We remedied a duvet cover we stained and happy to pay the reimbursement of that. We do apologise for that. Thank you for the stay.

We had an absolutely amazing stay here & would love to come again. It was the perfect getaway spot, not too far off from the main road but far enough to have privacy. The view was absolutely gorgeous, the cabin was super clean & tidy. All necessities were complete & the bed was also very comfy. Corrie was also very responsive and thoughtful. This place is the perfect getaway trip for couples trying to enjoy peace, privacy, and a stunning view!

We had the most wonderful relaxing stay here at Mick’s, it was serene and private with beautiful views of the hills and bush. The hot tub was to die for and I have had so many people asking me where this beautiful kitchen was! Lovely lovely stay, will definitely be back and a few of my friends are already planning to stay here hehe

What a beautiful hut Emma’s place is. If you want to disconnect and enjoy absolute peace whilst overlooking magnificent scenery this is the place for you. The outdoor bath is highlight and recommend ordering the platter and going for a walk. Home was well equipped and spotless. Would come again for sure. Thank you Emma.

Check-in was super smooth and the place was all set up for us when we arrived. The cabin was cosy, clean, and had everything we needed, really well set up.
