This home’s 180+ degree views encompass a wide sailboard and surfers beach, Wellington airport’s final-approach flight path (which is quiet) and the mouth of Wellington Harbor. Therefore it is fun, fascinating and fulfilling.

Loved our stay ! Grant (and Ollie) were super friendly and looked after us excellenly. We all ejoyed the pool and spa pool - especially the pool toys and sun lounges. The views were stunning and was the perfect county escape for our small family. Highly recommend staying here !

Such a peaceful haven in a beautiful garden. So many thoughtful details here to make one feel comfortable. The outdoor shower was a real treat and falling asleep with the sound of the stream was a unique experience. Shanti is an excellent host who went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed.

The stay was very pleasant and the quality of the lodging was excellent. We loved the location and the tranquil setting. We were immediately met with their wonderful pet dog, which we truly loved (which is amazing since we tend to be cat oriented). We plan to visit this lodging in future vacations.

She was so accommodating. Both very, very kind people. Peaceful place and the most beautiful gardens. And she had everything you could possibly ask for breakfast! I feel like they should charge more money. The bedroom also had its own little hang out spot with its own mini fridge as well!

We had a fabulous stay at Ginie's quirky converted boathouse. The boathouse is right on the shores of the Lake with a small beach at the bottom of the garden. The highlight for us was paddleboarding from the house (excellent easy access) on a mirror-like lake surrounded by bird life, followed by relaxing in the spa. The accommodation was delightfully quirky and clean and Ginie had left us some delicious baked goods in the fridge. We were surprised at all the wee details... So carefully thought out. The hosts were very unintrusive, we wouldn't have known they were there other than a quick goodbye when we left. Thank you, we would love to come back!

We had the pleasure of staying here, 1st experience with an air bnb in someone’s home. The place was warm, felt like home as we could access the main parts of the home in and out and enjoy the comforts of the spa at our discretion without limitations. It was a positive, warm and friendly experience. Cici was a pleasure to communicate with and very responsive and timely to my inquiries. We were given an earlier check in at our request and enjoyed the on site massage. Cici also accomodating in changing times for this even at short notice. Let me just say, if i am ever in Tauranga again (from Florida), I know a fantastic B&B. Laura is a warm and welcoming host and her accommodation is clean, stylish, and comfortable. She is a detail person and it shows. We loved the neighborhood. Mount Maunganui was an easy drive and a great hike. The hot water pool at the base was relaxing. Laura cooked for us one night after a full day of activity. Delicious. Our stay at Laura's was a highlight of our NZ holiday.

One of the best Airbnb experiences. This one is a place that’s been set up by people that love to host and know how to make all the small things perfect for an enjoyable and easy stay. Generous provisions for hot drinks and breakfast. Well appointed studio with gorgeous linen and furniture. Jennie and Peter were responsive and extremely helpful for my stay. Friendly caring people. Peaceful serene location. Wish I could have stayed longer. I’ll be back!

We loved our brief stay at Colin and Aitu's place! The setting is so peaceful and we could not have felt more comfortable after a day of fun on Waiheke. The rooms are spacious, plush, and super clean. Breakfast was delicious (amazing fruit!) and we would have loved a longer stay. We would love to visit again and recommend a stay here.

We loved staying at Lisa’s place! It’s an excellent spot to stay and not far away from the mount. The place is cozy and clean. The breakfast was very yummy and it was great to be able to watch the warriors game in the theatre room. We can definitely recommend staying here!

Awesome place, walking distance from coffee shops, restaurants, supermarket, and all Havelock North has to offer. A short drive from Te Mata Peak. The unit was spotless and warm, and the host was amazing! Thank you.

Steve provided a great accommodation. We arrived late from Auckland and they had already turned on the heating. Very warm. The house is very green and environmentally friendly. It was a very good stay

My mother and sister-in-law visited Tersia's downstairs apartment and gave me some great feedback. The room was warm and comfortable with a nice view in a quiet neighbourhood and there was even a lovely fragrance. We were very pleased with the breakfast food and thoughtful chocolates all over the room. We had a nice visit from Cleo the cat, and enjoyed Netflix and Disney Plus.
