Monthly Rentals in North Hollywood, Los Angeles

I rented the unit for my son, and from the outset Alex was communicative, warm and helpful. It was nice that after he'd been there a couple of days that Alex proactively messaged me to see if he needed anything. That made me feel like he was more than just a long-term renter to her. The unit was comfortable for a 60-day stay with a well-stocked kitchen and comfy bad. Before my son's arrival I had questions about the availability of a kettle and the type of stove, and Alex answered promptly. The location was walkable to Target, Trader Joe's, a movie theatre and public transportation. The latter was particularly important because he did not have a car. My son always felt safe in the community and enjoyed some of the locally-owned restaurants (pizza, falafel, Mediterranean) for a quick bite. Wifi could be spotty or weak sometimes, but if not using the unit to work form home, it'll be just fine. Really great unit and host. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Absolutely enjoyed the stay at Ego’s apartment in North Hollywood. Ego provided us with almost everything we expected and requested. On top of its own work out place, the building is within five minutes of walk to 24 Hour Fitness. Location wise, it’s within manageable driving distance to many of the highly rated parks and trails. Anna was extremely friendly and her orientation at check in was extremely helpful.

Mike was a very helpful and responsive host. Very nice place! Was very helpful and flexible when my travel plans changed.

I had an excellent stay. The place is small, but it has everything you need. The bed, shower, HVAC, reclining chair are first rate. David and Cindy are accommodating and very responsive. The yard has a magical quality about it. With a car there are no shortage of places to go to.
