Charming WWII built home w/ perfect work-from-home setup, yet steps from some fun eateries and a less than a 5 min drive to hip shops and restaurants. Centrally-located in the LA area but a very safe and clean neighborhood that is Burbank, CA. Home of NBC, the "Price is Right", Warner Brothers, etc. 3 bdrm home as little as 5 min from the airport, 10 min from Universal studios, 15 min from Hollywood, and 25 min from DTLA. Down the street from live tapings, tours, and eclectic eateries.

This is a bright and airy, classic mid-century modern home designed by renowned architects William Krisel and Dan Palmer, and features their signature post-and-beam construction, open floor plan, floor-to-ceiling windows. La Casita is a private guest house in the heart of Burbank, just minutes from Warner Brothers, Disney, and the Burbank Airport. The house has a full kitchen, wifi, bath, and private patio full of flowers and lemon trees. (All the lemons you can eat!) Parking is provided behind a private, automatic gate. Restaurants, stores, nightlife, and paths for hiking and biking are all nearby.

New Toluca Lake Private Pool House

450+ square foot 1926 Spanish-style newly renovated guesthouse in Toluca Lake. Detached from the main house with living room, dining area, kitchen, separate bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and bathroom. A private patio in the back of the guesthouse provides access to the pool/jacuzzi. Pool is not heated. The jacuzzi heats up to 104 degrees in 45 minutes to an hour.
