Monthly Rentals in North Ferriby

We had a wonderful time at Holly House. Simon was awesome and extremely helpful. The house was very homely with fresh flowers on the table and super comfortable bed. Walk to shop was handy. Highly Recommend.

Extremely happy with our stay, Jemina was very responsive and made us feel welcomed. Was also able to cater for our 5 year old boy which was amazing! He immediately walked in and told us what he loved about the place, which made us feel more at ease knowing he was happy and felt safe in the new environment! Ideal location, with shops, a pub and some eateries right on the door step. We cannot fault our stay here and will certainly be returning if we are back in the area. We had a fantastic few days at Holly Cottage, they really have thought of everything! Instruction videos, chargers by the beds, lovely welcome tray of goodies and wine. The cottage is so tranquil with loads to do nearby. We highly recommend the museum quarter and the fruit market area in Hull as well The Deep and Beverley. The garden and hot tub are also great. A few people had mentioned rules in the reviews but they were all just sensible advice and common sense and not an issue whatsoever. We loved our stay and will be back, thanks so much for a lovely break ⭐

Jennifer has created a beautiful and calm place in Welton. She’s very friendly. And a lot of thought has gone into her lovely home.
