We had an unforgettable family experience, enjoying the serene beauty of the lake right from the private dock. The hot tub provided a soothing escape, and evenings by the fire pit, complete with provided firewood, created cherished memories.​ As a delightful courtesy, we were able to prepare delicious waffles for breakfast, adding a special touch to our mornings. Thank you for the coffee, softdrinks and snacks also. I highly recommend this place; the host is always attentive and ready to assist with anything you might need. It's an exceptional spot for a peaceful and memorable getaway.​

This cottage was truly delightful. Peaceful and quiet and just what we needed. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots/pans and bowls for cooking. The deck and beach access and proximity to the marina were all key. We were able to bring our small, well-behaved dog and found lots of nice walking routes. The only thing folks should know is that the couple of restaurant options within walking distance are closed M-T, so you will need to plan to have groceries or to drive to East Sound for more food options. Overall, lovely stay in a peaceful environment.

We always enjoy staying at Shannon's as her place feels like home to us. Shannon is friendly, prompt in her communication and her place is supplied with everything for a comfortable family stay. We had a fantastic stay - right on the ocean with beautiful sunrise and sunset views. The jacuzzi overlooking the water was enjoyed by all. The kitchen is spectacular with everything you could need and the living area is very nice. The full wall of glass windows and sliders with the wrap-around deck was great. The heated floors were an unexpected, but welcome surprise!

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah’s place! The location was incredibly peaceful, tucked right next to the water — the perfect setting for a relaxing weekend getaway. It was also very dog-friendly, which made it even more special for us. Everything was exactly as described, and Sarah was a great host, making the whole experience easy and welcoming. We’d happily come back again!

Nice apartment that suited me and my partner very well for our week in Vancouver. Location was really good for us, in between the UBC campus and the city - and just a block away from a 24/7 bakery which came in clutch with the jet lag!

This won’t be surprising because it’s been said in every review. This place is amazing. To have an acre and a half of private, oceanfront property is rare. We loved everything. Sitting on the deck with a glass of wine listening to the waves come in was sublime. Corinne is for sure the quickest, friendliest, most generous host I’ve encountered through Airbnb. Bathrooms had great water pressure. When we had a little downtime, the TV was big and fantastic. The hikes around the area are just top notch. What people haven’t mentioned though is Corinne doesn’t have a lengthy ‘clean to do list’ for when you leave. I also think people are walking away from Airbnb’s due to price gouging. This place is crazy reasonable and I will come again! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

We had a really great time at this very comfortable townhouse! Derek was a very responsive host and was incredibly accommodating of us traveling with a baby. Would definitely stay here again!

Randy and Barb’s home was absolutely perfect. The condo is beautifully decorated and it’s even more lovely than the photos. The view is unmatched. We watched the tide come in and out each day. The peaceful water views are a dream. We usually visit Florida each year and this year we wanted to stay in Canada. My family had a fabulous time and we can’t wait to come back. Our three year old loved the playground and the kids hot tub that had a slide! Endless fun. The resort has a delicious restaurant, a spa, trails and kayaks. Everyone was so friendly. Thank you Randy and Barb!

Home away from Home, is how I would describe this. From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were not only welcomed there but that we could feasibly own this place. We stayed a total of 5 nights, and were began to feel sad after the 4th night, knowing we would have to leave. Being literal steps from the ocean made for beautiful sunsets and serene mornings. The area is fairly well protected from winds as we were facing a North-West direction. The indoor pool, hot tub, gym and games room are all within a quick 3-minute walk. The indoor pool is very large with a large shallow area for the kiddo's. Indoor pool has a Dry Sauna as well. The hosts, Kimberly and John, are very communicative. There is a provided binder with local amenities and Places of Interest. We took their suggestions and had a wonderful time getting to know the area! All-in-all, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We have officially decided that we will be making Vancouver Island our yearly destination.

Place is stunning and the view is the best. I think of the properties I’ve stayed in this unit was the best appointed meaning just filled with tasteful stuff you may need to enjoy the place and surroundings. Also, Margaret clearly knows how to design. You won’t be disappointed - you’ll feel they’ve outdone themselves. Stay here.

This was our second stay at an Airbnb in Nanoose Bay at the Pacific Shores resorts. Chelsea's place was top of the line. As described, clean and comfortable. Everything we needed and more. Comfortable for the 6 of us who stayed. We loved the location and lay out of the condo, and loved being able to utilize the resort amenities as well. We hope and plan to stay here again next year and for many more to come!

Our family enjoyed our stay! Our only regert was not booking long enough. The kids enjoyed the walking path and the pool and outdoor hot tub. We played a few games of pool as well, that was a big hit for our boys. We would definitely book again, next time for a longer period.

The Nook at Nanoose Bay is a wonderful getaway in a gorgeous area. The room is clean and well-maintained, we particularly enjoyed the patio looking out towards the water, and the jacuzzi tub. The amenities at the resort itself are a great addition, with a great restaurant, pool, and outdoor hot tub, as well as a lovely beach walk. The property is in a wonderful location, with tons of restaurants, markets, trails and more within 15-20 minutes. We loved our stay, and will likely be back again in the future!

We travelled to Vancouver Island over Easter week for a family getaway. Deanna’s Good Life House was the perfect place for us. We had two couples, my 14 months old grandbaby and me. The baby equipment was much appreciated as it saved us having to haul extras on the plane. We used Shawnigan Lake as our home base for the week as we explored parts of Vancouver Island. We also enjoyed the pickleball courts, beach, pitch and putt, playground and kayaks at the resort. This is a lovely part of the island and is a peaceful and relaxing location. Thank you Deanna for being such a helpful and responsive host!

Our stay at Bullman Beach Inn is always one of our favorite trips of the year. The beach is peaceful and quiet with lots of wildlife. It's also perfect to let the kiddos run and play with lots of freedom and safety. It is also a super quick drive to lots of other great places to explore. Carolyn is a warm host that our kids love. And we all love Augi the Beach Cat. This place is a hidden gem of our Washington Coast.

What a fantastic place! From the view to the hot tub to the really great and well stocked space, we had an amazing stay here with everything that we needed. Even some toys for my toddler! This is a real gem and my only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. I could spend days sitting in the sun room or on the deck watching the wildlife and the view. We will definitely be back! Beautiful quiet home. Big sunny deck lots of chairs and space for all 6 of us. Enjoyed the bbq. Private beach access. Modern clean cabin. Very comfy beds. Kids loved the bunk beds. Awesome to have access to a washer and dryer. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. It’s bigger than the pictures show. Would love to come back. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this beautiful beach house. The location is peaceful and quiet, with stunning views of both the sunrise and sunset. Having private beach access was a real treat—we enjoyed walking along the beach several times a day. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. We also took a short trip to hike Cape Flattery and visit the Makah Museum, both of which were unforgettable experiences. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at John's place. The location is close to groceries and shops, but remote enough to be a hideaway in the forest. We enjoyed the private patio and modern appliances. The location is right next to the beach, making evening walks along the ocean a convenient option. We were also very grateful to John for letting us borrow his kayaks for a little paddle around the bay where we saw flocks of Arctic turns and several seals. We would highly recommend John's place.

This place is a gem. Looking over the water, watching the seals and birds was so peaceful. The house is very well equipped and beautifully done. Can’t say enough about this place. Enjoy!
