Modern, clean, comfortable, very spacious and well connected apartment. The communication with the host was excellent too. Just be aware that there’s a Climate Resilience Tax (which is stated on the listing) of €8 per night.that is not included on the total price and needs to be paid separately after they accept the reservation. The bedroom window is soundproof but you can still hear a bit of the music from the bar that is right beside the building.

Great stay in this apartment in a great location in Athens! The place is spacious, comfortable and perfectly equipped. The parking behind the building is a real plus, especially when you have a car, and the proximity to shops makes the stay even more convenient. I highly recommend this apartment and will be happy to come back.

The accommodation was excellent and the host was very friendly and willing to help as he did in everything. It is a 5-minute walk from the tram and is in a very quiet neighborhood in Maroussi. On my next trip to Athens, I will definitely choose it again! Thank you for the hospitality

Thank you Alice for helping to make our stay in Athens so wonderful. Your apartment was spotlessly clean and everything was perfect. The apartment is a very spacious, beautifully decorated, well appointed with all the amenities one could ask for. We especially enjoyed making fresh orange juice every morning with the electric orange juicer. The location is very close (5 mins walk) to the train station and Kifisia shops and restaurants. The apartment is quiet and sitting on the balconies looking out onto the back garden is very peaceful. The window shutters are great to allow for a darkened bedroom for a great night's sleep.
