Vacation rentals with an accessible height bed in North Athens Regional Unit

Very good stay at Anna's apartment. We particularly enjoyed the terrace and the proximity to the metro. The neighborhood is quite quiet and there are a lot of small restaurants and shops close to the apartment. Anna took care to leave us some recommendations for activities/restaurants to try that we found very good! Great communication and welcome from him! Thanks again! PS: Note that in Athens there is a climate resilience tax of €8 per night (April to October) for seasonal rentals. From November to March this tax is €2. To be budgeted in addition to the price advertised on Airbnb.

Great apartment, great location!

Great location near the port for our cruise vacation. Great service and access, we had an amazing stay. The host was hospitable & welcoming. Plenty of room for my family of 5.

I initially spent one month at Nikos’ place but I later decided to prolong my stay of another month. The apartment was clean, new, modern, and well furnished. Nikos was a great host, nice and always responsive. The apartment is close to the metro station of Neos Kosmos but one can walk and reach Koukaki in 15 minutes and the acropolis museum in 20 minutes by foot. It is also surrounded by many supermarkets like lidl. Highly recommended.

As expected, only thing that was not entirely clear was that what the 'third bedroom' was sort of the second half of the living room, but there is a sliding door that can be closed for privacy.

We had a wonderful stay- apt was as described. Very clean, had all amenities plus more. Another big plus is the location - we walked to all we wanted to see and do - major sites, restaurants and museum. Highly recommend.

Excellent trip! The place is as on the pictures, with some astonishing views on the Acropolis and the neighborhood. Great value indeed. However, the added value is Giorgios himself! Very kind and always ready to provide solutions! Thank you Giorgios!

Giota's got you covered! Wonderful place with even better host. Our family of four had everything we needed. Parking right in front of the door made carrying our language a breeze. Bravo to the host for the wonderful upkeeping!

Yotas place is a real good alternative especially if you are on a budget and don’t mind sharing the bathroom Very comfortable bed, great AC and WiFi. She is very knowledgeable and helpful plus the place is in the most central location 👍

The home is secluded, surrounded by pine trees. Very nice outdoor covered space with BBQ and yard. There is an air conditioner and a fireplace. Panayiotis and his parents who live very close are extremely hospitable, we felt like we were going to our family in the village. The beach is very close, not even a five minute drive.

Absolutely loved this space! It had lots of charm and everything we needed to feel right at home. The location was perfectly centralized for any main attractions + lesser known things to do and see. Rachel and her mom were awesome and very accommodating. The cafe next door was so lovely, too. Thanks for such a comfortable stay for our first time in Athens.

The house was just like the photos! Very clean and tidy with all amenities listed! The spot, although easily accessible, close to shops, supermarkets and the beach, was very quiet and with a great view! Mrs. Sophia is excellent at her understanding as we had our dog and very discreet! We'll definitely go for it again!!

The apartment was great very well catered and even a few treats left. Angeliki was very helpful. I would highly recommend this place. Her contact before booking was excellent too. A great host and property.

This place is in an excellent location, the beds and bedding were lovely, the AC worked very well. (This place is worth it alone to see the Acropolis early in the morning and return immediately for a good nap). Most importantly, JJ Hospitality was very responsive before and during the stay. Even on a Sunday night they made it very easy to arrange an airport transfer for the next morning. The transport partner was excellent, too. The hot water situation was a non-issue once we got used to it.

The property was in a perfect location right in the heart of Athens and even better than described. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was amazing, we didn't have to take any public transport as almost everything was in walking distance. The place was perfect, we had 11 people and we all fit great and everything was easy to use. Great communication from the hosts as well, they were so helpful!!

A fantastic base for exploring Athens! From the beginning, Kostis was an incredibly pro-active host and he was key in making our stay so enjoyable, smooth and stress-free. His recommendations are excellent, and he was really helpful in arranging reliable taxi drivers and guides. He is truly a super-host with clear, accurate and timely communication. The apartment is conveniently located close to the main areas and historic sites of Athens, everything very accessible on foot (and also steps away from public transport). It is very clean and thoughtfully decorated, with comfortable beds and all amenities should you wish to self-cater. However, there are so many great places for coffee and food close by if you want to experience wonderful Greek hospitality! It is also very quiet and peaceful even in such a central location. I highly recommend staying at this apartment, we will certainly choose it again for our next visit to Athens. Thank you Kostis!
