Wooden floors, a modern kitchen, a private sauna in the bathroom and 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor with excellent beds provide atmosphere and luxury. The spacious living room with spacious Chesterfield sofa overlooks the Winsumerdiep. Onderdendam is a beautiful village 12 km from the city of Groningen and has a protected village view. Our 2-person Canadian canoe and our 3 bicycles are available for rent at a reasonable price.

The house is located in the most beautiful spot in the Netherlands, in the middle of the beautiful nature reserve De Weerribben. Located directly on the water, there is every opportunity to rent boats, canoes, bicycles or a sup. The farm is located on the Zuiderzeepad and many bicycle junctions. The spacious apartment has 2 separate bedrooms for a total of 4 people. Optionally, a third bedroom/studio can be booked separately, only in combination with the apartment. A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

In our beautiful fenced private garden, you will enjoy the many bird species.

The houseboat can be rented for people who want to go on holiday to Giethoorn, discover the Weerribben-Wieden National Park or just want to enjoy the peace and quiet. A unique location on the water with an unobstructed view of the reed beds. From the modern interior, high glass walls offer a view of the surrounding nature and you can spot many holiday boats in summer, in addition to various birds. An adjacent sloop can be rented.

This comfortable vacation home, with a fenced garden, is right on the Drents-Friese Wold. The house is in a park with no facilities/entrance gate or rules. The houses at the park are both permanently inhabited and rented for vacation. You can go hiking, cycling and mountain biking in the area to your heart's content. Cities such as Assen, Leeuwarden and Groningen are easily accessible. The house is complete and stylishly furnished and invites you to relax with a book by the fireplace.

U slaapt op de begane grond (2 sk + eigen badk.+eigen keuken+ eigen grote woonkamer (50 m2) met hoge plafonts en openhaard. eigen ingang. 3e slaapkamer is boven via het voorhuis. Buiten aan het water je eigen terras. Ook geschikt voor groeps werk met een grote werk tafel. Vintage dus mooi, oud en gezellig. Maar niet spotless.

Come and spend the night in my spacious ground floor apartment dating from 1906 with French doors facing the garden! The apartment has its own toilet/shower and a small kitchen. You have a choice of beds, a comfortable queen size bed, single bed, loft bed and a sofa bed. The city center is close by, just like the museum and central train station. Don't hesitate to ask if you require a child's bed, or if you want to bring your dog; nearly everything is possible!
