Comfortable Chalet on the water! Slow down in this unique, soothing accommodation. With a fantastic view over the Leekstermeer, it is a great place to stay 12 months a year. For the colder evenings, there is not only central heating but also a wood-burning stove, and for the warmer days, there is an air conditioner. In the middle of the Onlanden nature reserve, so lots of hiking and cycling fun in the beautiful nature. Close to the city of Groningen and the cozy villages of Leek, Roderwolde and Roden.

Next to our monumental farm on the property, this small accommodation is available for a simple and inexpensive overnight stay. Sanitary facilities and a common area are located in the farmhouse. The yard is adjacent to the Nienoord estate. Here you can hike and bike. The village is a 2-minute walk away. A village where you can enjoy shopping and in the evening have a choice of several restaurants. The city of Groningen is 15 minutes away by car/bicycle 1 hour and 20 minutes by public transport.

Oldehof

Deze charmante vakantiewoning bevindt zich in de deel van onze boerderij, waar wij proberen zoveel mogelijk principes van zelfvoorzienend leven toe te passen. In de tuin gebruiken we permacultuur en agroforestry om een eetbare tuin te ontwikkelen. 's Nachts is het hier donker en stil, tenzij de kuikens van de kerkuil schreeuwen om hun moeder. Er leven hier veel bijzondere dieren. In de directe omgeving kun je genieten van de natuur via een uitgebreid netwerk van onverharde wegen en paden.

Close to Groningen in nature. With Sauna and gym

Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.

Wake up in the last century at the Marthahoeve!

Back in time with the comfort of today. And you sleep in one of the three bedsteads! There is underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove. You have your own entrance and you can also use a seat under a centuries-old linden tree. The cottage has a kitchen/entrance. A living room and a shower/toilet room. Breakfast is available for 13 euros pp. Please note: the bedsteads are smaller than a double bed. The 2 bedsteads in the room are 200x115 and the bedstead in the kitchen is 190x120

Luxury cozy Dijkhuis directly on the waterfront of Matsloot

Relax and unwind in our cozy and comfortable Dijkhuisje, where you can swim in the morning, right from your own jetty. With the two single canoes and a Canadian canoe that are included in the rental, water fun and discovering the Onlanden nature reserve is also guaranteed. A women's and men's bicycle are at your disposal. The city of Groningen is 10 minutes away by car and in the middle of a nature reserve with beautiful hiking and cycling areas. The property is fenced.

We offer our spacious, family-friendly home as a vacation home. A unique place, beautiful private garden with fantastic views over the countryside with cows. A well-stocked game cabinet and if there are children, both outside and inside toys. With a living room, kitchen and conservatory, there is always a nice place for you to relax. *Rental is to quiet groups and families (28+ /consultation)! This is not the place for a youth holiday! There is a lack of space. 2nd bedroom is ideal for luggage because bedroom 1 is experienced as small. In the 2nd room there are two single beds of 80 cm x 1.90. Bedroom 1 has a box spring, size 1.40 x 1.90 meters. On request: bed linen €20.00 p/b and Bath linen 5.00 p.p and kitchen linen €7.50. Per pet: €50.00.
