At the Dwingelderveld National Park, there is the cottage, which is equipped with all comforts; private parking, well-equipped kitchen, beautiful bathroom and if you open the sliding door you are in the woods and you can sit in the garden and watch the squirrels and birds. Within a few minutes walking distance you are at the sheepfold. You can really escape the hustle and bustle of nature for a while

We had a lovely stay of 2 nights with 3 children. It is a nice and spacious cottage with a nice garden adjacent to trees. All necessities are provided. It is an ideal base for a day Wildlands which is a 10-minute drive away. You can also stay a little longer here because, for example, there is a lake in the park.

Definitely recommend this host and location. it couldn't have been better.

Beautiful house with everything you need if you want to stay in this beautiful area. Hostess is friendly and always available (if needed). Furthermore, you have peace and privacy. In the morning you will be surprised with a great extensive breakfast. Couldn't be better.

Robert and Nienke's place was the perfect getaway from city life. The national forest and surrounding farm lands were picturesque. Their cottage was perfect for our family of five and dog. Spacious living area and comfortable beds.

We enjoyed a quiet Christmas in this beautiful chalet, on a fireworks-free campsite. Upon arrival there was a small Christmas tree on the table and there was a nice snack for our dog, very sweet and attentive! The chalet is neatly clean and tidy and equipped with every comfort, and has a fenced garden, very nice if you are traveling with a dog. From the campsite you can walk into the woods and with a car you can look up many other forests and lakes nearby, to walk with your dog. Fortunately, we did not hear any fireworks on the campsite, but on New Year's Day there is carbide shooting nearby. Communication with Angeline was very pleasant and smooth, thank you!

Cozy, clean and spacious apartment. Communication with Christa was smooth and friendly. We were very neatly received by Christa's father. Getting up with a view of the meadows was delightful!

Wonderfully enjoyed the cottage and the area in Drenthe. Lots to do at small distances. Beautiful surroundings with beautiful villages and cities nearby. The cottage itself is very neat and as shown in the pictures. Had hoped that there was a gate by the garden to keep the dog in the garden, but unfortunately that was not there and was unfortunately not clear in the photos. But that didn't make the experience any less. We enjoyed it!

Top service. We could not check in on time due to sick mother. Was no problem. Key with info was ready so we could go straight to the cottage. We were very surprised how clean and tidy the cottage was. 100% better than what we are used to with the competitor. We had a holiday home with fence, which is perfect for our four-legged friend. She enjoyed it too. Furthermore, the bedrooms are fine. Not too big but adequate. Kitchen is neat. Dishwasher (very important) available. Combi microwave and solid stove. Living/dining room tidy. Furniture top. Garden furniture and umbrella top quality. We were able to have delicious breakfast in the garden. WiFi available for the addicted children ;). The vacation park is nice and quiet. Which was great for my sick mother. Plenty of activities available such as a swimming pool, tennis court and playground for the little ones. I can't really mention any drawbacks. Communication with management is top. Quick response and thoughtful. Thanks!

We really enjoyed the house, beautiful garden, chill space and swimming pool. Except that it is very nicely decorated, it is also very complete. Bart is very friendly and responded incredibly quickly with a question from us. Even though we were only there for a long weekend, it really felt like a vacation.

What a nice, fully equipped bungalow in a beautiful setting! The cottage really has everything you could need and was (and smoke) super clean. I was with my sister and we both had our own bedroom with a doubter. Everything was available in the kitchen, you can even bake a cake if you feel like it! The bathroom has a spacious shower with good water pressure. Mark responds quickly if you have any questions and is super friendly, and gives fun tips for the neighborhood on his own. The area is beautiful for hiking, especially nice with dogs. I would love to come back!

This is in a beautiful location which is peaceful and quiet. The last house in the row, behind trees. The amount of birds, was a joy to wake up to. The garden had a lot to offer the dogs who managed to find little tracks to keep them occupied and play chasing. Would definitely recommend, the adjacent hotel has a lovely bar and restaurant which was a plus.

Lovely cottage in retro atmosphere, everything is present, nice beds and blissful shower. Terrace at the cottage at the edge of the forest, out of the wind where you can quickly enjoy outside. Nice place and friendly hosts.

We stayed for the second time in this beautiful accommodation and, as already 5 years ago, very enthusiastic about the house, garden, and the beautiful surroundings. Ragna and Lysander are very friendly hosts who have created a little paradise for their guests with a lot of love for detail.
