This cabin with surroundings is absolutely breathtaking! Highly located with amazing views! The inside is an experience in itself, with all the handmade details, the built-in beds; everything so genuine! Duvets and pillows in the beds are the most comfortable we slept in! We were so well received by the host couple, and throughout the stay they were helpful. Cross-country tracks just outside the cabin, and we got to borrow skis from the host couple!👍 Our alpine experience was in a class of its own. Nice well-groomed slopes with good drop height, and no lift queues at all-a real gem!! Highest rating for the cabin, the host couple and the surroundings!💫💫💫💫💫

Great place! The cabin is located in a beautiful landscape with many outdoor activities (hiking, cross country skiing etc) available close by. We even saw some northern lights during our stay. Per Kristian was very helpful and helped out quickly when needed. We can highly recommend!

Beautiful and spacious cabin surrounded by nature. Very stylish and cozily equipped; among other things, the kitchen was not missing - we could even bake waffles. Upon our arrival, there was a colorful wildflowers bouquet on the table, firewood was provided and replacement gasoline provided for the boat. Only the shower is a little tight, but hardly worth mentioning.

Second winter stay at Sven’s cabin. If you are looking for an authentic cabin experience, and don’t mind the extra effort required to reach it, don’t hesitate to book. I hope to return again one day.

We had a wonderful weekend stay in this hytte 😍 Very cozy, by the water. Eirin and Rolf were very helpful with advices! Also helped us a lot with the ice and snow to drive out after the weekend ☺️ would definitely stay again another time !

Wonderful stay in a lovely cabin! We had an incredibly nice stay at this cabin and we could not have been happier! The cottage is very cozy, well kept, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. It had everything we needed in amenities, and we really felt at home from the start. The area around the cabin is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed the nature and silence to the fullest. There were great hiking opportunities nearby and the location made it easy to explore the area. The cabin was clean and tidy upon arrival, and it was clear that the owners place great emphasis on the guests to thrive. We also really appreciate the great communication with the host – they were helpful and accommodating throughout. Thank you for a great stay!

We booked the accommodation for two nights and felt very comfortable right away. Everything was as described: good and cozy amenities, very friendly communication, quiet location - almost the last house on the street on a hill. We particularly enjoyed the breathtaking views! We will be happy to come back.

Paula was a wonderful host. Her space was the perfect pit stop on our way to Bergen. The views were beautiful and Paula’s hospitality was unmatched. Absolute gem of a stay.
