The upstairs apartment is in a newly built annex, built in an old style with two rooms, a bedroom with double four-poster beds, a living room with electric stoves and a wood-burning stove, a kitchenette with chairs and a table, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, hotplates, various Kitchen equipment, etc. The water here is spring water that can be drunk straight from the tap. Underfloor heating in entrance and bathroom. Ready-made beds and towels. The cottage is within walking distance of the high mountain resort Vasstulan1100 and a short distance to Uvdal Alpine Center.

The cabin can be enjoyed year-round, with many activities and excursions in the area: mountain hiking, fishing, swimming, canoeing, biking, rafting, golf, disc golf, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing (from the cabin!), tobogganing, etc. Langedrag Nature Park and Bjørneparken (Bear Park) are also worth a visit. Good chance of seeing the Northern Lights in winter, as it is dark around the cabin. The cabin has a fireplace, a large south-facing terrace, a fire pit, a toboggan, a lounge loft, and board games. There is beautiful hiking terrain right outside the cabin door with endless opportunities for nature experiences for small children's feet to experienced mountaineers. Right behind the cabin wall there are cross-country ski trails that can take you far into Hardangervidda or around the nearby area. Uvdal alpine center is only 10 minutes away by car for speed-loving ski enthusiasts. At the same time, Dagali Mountain Park, Dagali experiences and Langedrag Nature Park offer exciting experiences.

Fjellsyn is located 1110 m above sea level and is a beautiful log cabin/granary on Haugastøl, with a stunning panorama view overlooking Ustevann and Hardangervidda National Park. Hallingskarvet is seen to the North. Here the sun is from early morning to late evening. The cabin has Rallarvegen and magical Hardangervidda as the closest neighbor. Alpine slope nearby with a total of 25 slopes and 5 lifts, child-friendly and good off-piste/free-ride opportunities. With enough snow you can ski from the cabin on a ski slope, which connects the two ski centers on both sides of the valley. The place is a great starting point for active days all year round. The cabin has running water and electricity as well as a chemical toilet! There is no dishwasher in the cabin, so you have to do the dishes! Guests must bring their own bed linen and towels! Parking is just outside the cabin wall! Animals are allowed. Free access to boat with 6 hp motor! 10-15 min drive to Langedrag Nature Park!
