The cabin can be enjoyed year-round, with many activities and excursions in the area: mountain hiking, fishing, swimming, canoeing, biking, rafting, golf, disc golf, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing (from the cabin!), tobogganing, etc. Langedrag Nature Park and Bjørneparken (Bear Park) are also worth a visit. Good chance of seeing the Northern Lights in winter, as it is dark around the cabin. The cabin has a fireplace, a large south-facing terrace, a fire pit, a toboggan, a lounge loft, and board games. Welcome!

The cabin is located at the foot of Hardangervidda 1030 masl. There is beautiful hiking terrain right outside the cabin door with endless opportunities for nature experiences for small children's feet to experienced mountaineers. Right behind the cabin wall there are cross-country ski trails that can take you far into Hardangervidda or around the nearby area. Uvdal alpine center is only 10 minutes away by car for speed-loving ski enthusiasts. At the same time, Dagali Mountain Park, Dagali experiences and Langedrag Nature Park offer exciting experiences.

Mountain view -1110 masl. Beautiful mountain cabin/Haugastøl

Fjellsyn is located 1110 m above sea level and is a beautiful log cabin/granary on Haugastøl, with a stunning panorama view overlooking Ustevann and Hardangervidda National Park. Hallingskarvet is seen to the North. Here the sun is from early morning to late evening. The cabin has Rallarvegen and magical Hardangervidda as the closest neighbor. There is a short distance to Geilo and Ustaoset in the east, and Hardanger in the west. The cabin has nature right outside the door, and you can use the countless trails and tracks in the area

Large and cozy family cabin at Ustaoset

The cabin is located 5 km west of Ustaoset, about 100 meters from highway 7. Road all the way up which was plowed in the winter. There is amazing hiking terrain in summer and winter. The cabin is from 1950. It has been modernized and expanded in 2015. There are nice outdoor areas where you can enjoy the amazing view of Ustevann and Hardangervidda. A well-behaved dog is welcome. Guests must bring bed linen and towels. Guests must clean before departure, but may choose to use our regular help for washing (see below).

Hallway, bathroom/toilet, living room with fireplace and kitchen, 3 bedrooms. Storage/laundry room, washing machine and dryer and toilet. TV with Apple TV/ Internet 100/100 via fiber/WiFi. Large terrace with nice dining area for 10 people, Weber charcoal grill and hot tub. In addition, there is a covered dining area with terrace heating at the entrance.

Placed in the beautiful Skirve valley in Tinn municipality in Telemark you will find this attractive Ål design cabin available for rent. With good light conditions and horizontal windows you can enjoy the majestetic view of the famous Gaustatoppen mountain. With inviting architecture the time at the cabin is as enjoyable as the nature surrounding it. This valley is located along a south-eastern ridge of the Hardanger plateu and great mountain experiences are waiting just outside the cabin door.

A charming cabin with electricity and hot water installed. Simple standard with a well-equipped kitchen, and three bedrooms with six beds. Scenic surroundings, between Hardangervidda and Hallingskarvet for skiing in winter and trekking during the summer. The cabin is about 1.5km from Ustaoset centre which has a grocery store, café, and train station. The road from the train station to the cabin is ploughed all through winter. There is parking, but also opportunities for a car-free holiday.
