The rental is located down in the valley with a view to the mountains. The house is a part of the Leir farm. It is eight minutes to drive to start of the alpine lift, and twenty minutes if you want to drive up the mountain. And if you want to ski up, the trails go over the fields all the way to the ski lift, provided there is enough snow. Or you can make your way along the old farm road through the forest. This house is located in Valdres, in between Oslo and Bergen. Surrounding area give many oppurtunities both summer and winter. Border of Jotunheimen, about 45 min drive to Bygdin. Also Sognefjord is within 1 h reach. Distanse to Fagernes and Beitostølen is about 45 min. The famous old Kongevegen is within short distance, both the spectacular Kvamskleiva and crossing Filefjell.
