"Alte Dorfschule" am Schweriner See

Die 80m² große Wohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoss einer alten Dorfschule in Wickendorf am nördlichen Stadtrand von Schwerin, 7 km bis Zentrum. Der Schweriner See ist wenige Gehminuten entfernt und für ein morgendliches Bad gut erreichbar. Die helle Wohnung mit eigenem Eingang besteht aus e i n e m großen Wohn-/Schlafzimmerbereich mit angrenzender o f f e n e r Küche und einem separaten großen Duschbad. Es gibt viel Platz für 2-3 Personen und man findet in der Wohnung immer wieder kleine künstlerische Details. Das Doppelbett hat die Maße von 2,0 x 2,0 m, ein drittes Einzelbett (normale Größe) Weitere Matratzen können vom Vermieter gestellt werden. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit einem Kühlschrank (ohne Eisfach) und einem E-Herd mit Backofen. Das Auto kann auf dem hauseigenen Hof geparkt werden. Der Linienbus fährt i.d.R. stündlich innerhalb von 12 Minuten in die Stadt. Auch mit dem Rad entlang der Seen ist man in gut 30 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Fahrräder sowie der große, ehemalige Schulgarten können mit Absprache gerne (mit-)genutzt werden. In der Wohnung darf nicht geraucht werden. Haustiere können nach Rücksprache und Einverständnis der Vermieter mitgebracht werden.

Welcome to our vacation apartment in the center of the UNESCO World Heritage Hanseatic City of Wismar, in a listed and completely renovated building near the market square. We rent this apartment privately, and we do everything to ensure our guests' satisfaction. The apartment is on the ground floor. Bicycles can be parked there safe and securely. Several bakeries, cafés, restaurants, banks, hairdressers, the market, a department store, and the tourist info are just a 3 - 5 minute walk away.

Von der Wohnung bis zur naechsten Bademoeglichkeit im Schweriner See braucht ihr 3 Minuten zu Fuss... zum Schloss gelangt ihr auf einem schoenen Uferweg in 20 Minuten und die Innenstadt ist nicht mehr viel weiter. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und schoen... es gibt einen kleinen Wald in 3 Minuten Laufentfernung. Die Wohnung ist behaglich und geraeumig (120 qm) ... es gibt noch ein zweites WC ( ohne Abb.), Ihr habt eine Terasse und koennt im Garten grillen. Heizung/Warmwasser sind garantiert.

Das um 1780 als Rauchhaus errichtete Bauernhaus steht unter Denkmalschutz und wurde liebevoll erhalten. Ihr übernachtet in unserer gemütlichen Ferienwohnung mit Terrasse zur Südseite und Blick in unseren Garten. Moderne Ferienwohnung in Wismar‘s Altstadt

Die Wohnung war früher eine Bäckerei und wurde nun umfassend saniert und modern umgestaltet. Die Lehmwände wurden in einigen Bereichen der Wohnung rekonstruiert (prima Raumklima). Es ist nun eine tolle Studiowohnung für 2 Personen. Zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeiten für ein bis zwei Personen sind bei Bedarf auf Anfrage möglich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal: zu Fuß lässt sich die komplette Altstadt und der Alten Hafen erkunden. Mit dem Auto sind es ca. 15 Minuten Fahrtzeit zum Strand.

Die Villa liegt im Zentrum der Altstadt, 5min Fußweg zum Markt , Bahnhof oder dem sehenswerten Hafen. Wismar bietet als UNESCO-Weltkulturerbestadt eine faszinierenden Altstadt mit liebevollen Cafes zum verweilen. In ca. 30 Minuten erreicht man die Ostseestrände Boltenhagen , Insel Poel oder Kühlungsborn.

Terrasse zum Ausruhen. Am Schiffbauerdamm gibt es zwei Parkplätze. Der zweite ist kostenlos. (Etwa 5 Minuten entfernt) Vor dem Haus gibt es Parkuhren: da kann man nur von 19 bis 9:00 Uhr kostenlos parken. Der Bahnhof ist 1 km entfernt.

You can expect a 50 m2 spacious, nice room with a view over Wismar. Wooden beams, timber floor boards and a special plastering lend this room a special flavour. Our house is situated in a quiet, brick-lined timber quarter, about 15-20 min walk to the town centre. You will have your own toilet, sink and shower. You can have bicycles for nice tours around Wismar and in the summer, we will provide a small, sunny garden lounge!:-)
