Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. Welcome to the apartment centrally located on the market square! In the half-timbered house, which was comfortably renovated in 2022, 55 square meters can accommodate 2 to 3 people. Numerous sights (castle, cathedral, museum, theater) and lakes (Pfaffenteich, Schweriner See) can be reached in 1 to 5 minutes by foot. Whether you prepare your favorite food with the full kitchen equipment or visit one of the many restaurants or cafes nearby: Experience an unforgettable stay in the heart of Schwerin.

Idyllic apartment in an old farmhouse

Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. From here you can explore the beautiful surroundings. Bicycles are available (see photos). Additional information: Washer/dryer by arrangement for € 5 each

Feels like home

This apartment is absolutely central. There is the option of a second large room. The living room has a bed, air conditioning, infrared heater, couch TV and a small balcony. In addition to the stove and oven, the kitchen has an espresso machine, Thermomix and a washer-dryer. The cats are part of it and are cared for completely automatically. No obligation for you. Linens and towels are on site. Parking is available either in the parking garage for €10 or 20 minutes' walk away for free.

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.
