Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. Welcome to our vacation apartment in the center of the UNESCO World Heritage Hanseatic City of Wismar, in a listed and completely renovated building near the market square. We rent this apartment privately, and we do everything to ensure our guests' satisfaction. The apartment is on the ground floor. Bicycles can be parked there safe and securely. Several bakeries, cafés, restaurants, banks, hairdressers, the market, a department store, and the tourist info are just a 3 - 5 minute walk away.

This apartment is absolutely central. There is the option of a second large room. The living room has a bed, air conditioning, infrared heater, couch TV and a small balcony. In addition to the stove and oven, the kitchen has an espresso machine, Thermomix and a washer-dryer. The cats are part of it and are cared for completely automatically. No obligation for you. Linens and towels are on site. Parking is available either in the parking garage for €10 or 20 minutes' walk away for free.

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.
