Live the “simple” life on the Baltic: in a solar-powered workman’s hut. The idyllic hamlet of Klützer Winkel is 20 km east of Lübeck, Germany, 6 km west of Boltenhagen, and only ten minutes’ walk from the unspoiled Baltic coastline. Our natural refuge (3500 sq.m./over 37,000 sq.ft.) is nestled among hilly meadows, woodlands, beaches, and some nearby seaside cliffs. Our owner-run plot of land has many fruit trees and other trees, blackberry bushes and shrubs. Pristine meadows directly around the property are crisscrossed by narrow pathways. You can set up your own place to sit, and there is a central terrace with barbecue. Facing the south, the vintage workman’s hut (20 square meter/215 square feet) was converted into a cocoon of living space with virtually no environmental footprint. Its separate bedroom, kitchen and roomy living area are supplemented by a 14 square meter (150 square foot) veranda facing west. All the flooring is larch. All electricity is solar generated with water supply from on board tanks or at the nearby “bathhouse” on the same plot with its solar-powered shower. A wood-burning stove can be used in colder weather. Details: 12VDC power supply, intermittent 220V/80W power with converter, DVB-T TV, radio and DVD player, refrigerator, two-plate gas cooker, and sink. Since 2016 we got a supplementary nonsolar power supply i.e. to have a shower without sun. Plus we offer: Bicycle and bed linen rental (please confirm in advance), drawing and painting kits, arts and crafts equipment, beach utensils. Plus the chance to pick and process cherries, blackberries, pears, and apples (all according to the season and availability, for a small fee) Klützer Winkel also offers many leisure, cultural, and recreational opportunities.

Der Bungalow befindet sich in ruhiger Lage-bis zur Seebrücke und zum Ostseestrand sind es nur ca. 850m. Er verfügt über einen gemütlichen Wohn-Küchenbereich mit Kamin, Sitzecke, Smart-TV, Schlafz., Dusche/WC, zwei Terrassen, freies W-Lan, Waschwaschine und PKW-Stellplatz. Die Küche ist voll augestattet mit Geschirrspüler. Bettw. kann auf Wunsch gegen Aufpeis gebucht werden-dann sind die Betten bei Anreise gleich bezogen. Schweriner Villa mit Garten

Von der Wohnung bis zur naechsten Bademoeglichkeit im Schweriner See braucht ihr 3 Minuten zu Fuss... zum Schloss gelangt ihr auf einem schoenen Uferweg in 20 Minuten und die Innenstadt ist nicht mehr viel weiter. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und schoen... es gibt einen kleinen Wald in 3 Minuten Laufentfernung. Die Wohnung ist behaglich und geraeumig (120 qm) ... es gibt noch ein zweites WC ( ohne Abb.), Ihr habt eine Terasse und koennt im Garten grillen. Heizung/Warmwasser sind garantiert.

Das um 1780 als Rauchhaus errichtete Bauernhaus steht unter Denkmalschutz und wurde liebevoll erhalten. Ihr übernachtet in unserer gemütlichen Ferienwohnung mit Terrasse zur Südseite und Blick in unseren Garten. Das Ferienhaus liegt im Naturpark Sternberger Seenland, ist 200 Jahre alt und war das ehem. Eishaus des Gutshauses. Es wurde 2017 vollkommen saniert. Die Sauna, Kanu, Ruderboot, Stand-Up-Paddle sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Badminton können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen und zwei Restaurants. Vom Steg oder Boot aus kann man angeln oder schwimmen. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind ca. 45 km.

Die Ferienwohnung ist circa 100 m² groß, hat 2 Zimmer, Küche und Bad. Sie ist zu ebener Erde und hat einen eigenen Eingang. Sie hat eine eigene Terrasse und liegt zur Südseite des Hauses. Die Zimmer sind mit antiken Möbeln eingerichtet. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Ofen, Kühlschrank. Das Bad hat eine große Eckbadewanne und ein Doppelwaschbecken. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein großer Flachbildschirm. Und viele Regale mit Büchern für jeden Geschmack.

Vom 6 m2 großen Balkon habt ihr einen wunderschönen Blick über die Kurhotels Travemündes und seht bis zur Lübecker Bucht und dem Horizont der Ostsee. Hier könnt ihr eure Seele baumeln lassen und euch wunderbar erholen.
