Live the “simple” life on the Baltic: in a solar-powered workman’s hut. The idyllic hamlet of Klützer Winkel is 20 km east of Lübeck, Germany, 6 km west of Boltenhagen, and only ten minutes’ walk from the unspoiled Baltic coastline. Our natural refuge (3500 sq.m./over 37,000 sq.ft.) is nestled among hilly meadows, woodlands, beaches, and some nearby seaside cliffs. Our owner-run plot of land has many fruit trees and other trees, blackberry bushes and shrubs. Pristine meadows directly around the property are crisscrossed by narrow pathways. You can set up your own place to sit, and there is a central terrace with barbecue. Facing the south, the vintage workman’s hut (20 square meter/215 square feet) was converted into a cocoon of living space with virtually no environmental footprint. Its separate bedroom, kitchen and roomy living area are supplemented by a 14 square meter (150 square foot) veranda facing west. All the flooring is larch. All electricity is solar generated with water supply from on board tanks or at the nearby “bathhouse” on the same plot with its solar-powered shower. A wood-burning stove can be used in colder weather. Details: 12VDC power supply, intermittent 220V/80W power with converter, DVB-T TV, radio and DVD player, refrigerator, two-plate gas cooker, and sink. Since 2016 we got a supplementary nonsolar power supply i.e. to have a shower without sun. Plus we offer: Bicycle and bed linen rental (please confirm in advance), drawing and painting kits, arts and crafts equipment, beach utensils. Plus the chance to pick and process cherries, blackberries, pears, and apples (all according to the season and availability, for a small fee) Klützer Winkel also offers many leisure, cultural, and recreational opportunities.

Unweit vom Ratzeburger See in dörflicher Lage, inmitten von Feldern und naheliegendem Wald, bietet die Wohnung (90m²) mit eigenem Eingang Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Die hellen Räume sind einladend, Südterrasse (60m²) mit Tisch, Stühlen und Liegen sowie ein kleiner Garten runden das Angebot ab. Bettmaße (cm) 180x200 u. 160x200. Von hier aus lässt sich die wunderschöne Umgebung erkunden. Fahrräder sind vorhanden (siehe Fotos). Weiteres: Waschmaschine/Trockner nach Absprache je € 5,-

The Ostseehütte - red Swedish house on the Baltic Sea

We offer our newly built Danish weekend cottage. (Completed in 2020). It's really small, but has everything you need for a vacation; in terms of amenities & well-being. The cottage is located in a quiet private street. The neighborhood is quiet and very friendly. The beach, bakery, pastry shop, restaurants, an organic shop, beach shopping & Rewe are within walking distance. The sun shines in the heart 365 days a year, starry sky more beautiful than in any big city. Simply beautiful.

Construction trailer 2 in the apple orchard - DasLebenistein Ponyhof

Welcome to our 2nd lovingly furnished construction trailer "Kurt Karlsson". It stands on an apple meadow with views of ponies. It has a huge, great terrace with large fridge (&icebox), table, chairs, a cozy beach chair and amazing views!! In front of it is a pallet sofa with pads and pillows. In the construction trailer there is a 1.4 x 2 m bed and above it a second, equally large bed. This is actually only intended and made for children (!). Otherwise, please let us know:)

Berghütte an der Ostsee

Die Berghütte bietet eine einfache aber besondere Unterkunft. Unter dem Dach der kleinen, rustikalen Hütte ist ein 140cm x 200cm großes Bett, das nahezu den ganzen Raum ausfüllt. Das runde Fenster zeigt nach Westen und lässt sich öffnen. Strom und Licht ist vorhanden. Das schöne Waschhaus teilt Ihr Euch mit anderen Gästen des Hofes. Lagerfeuer und Grillen ist möglich. Der Grillplatz ist direkt unter der Berghütte und steht allen Gästen des Hofes zur Verfügung.

Dieses Tiny Haus am See ist der perfekte Rückzugsort. Der traumhafte Blick auf das Wasser, umgeben von grüner Natur, sorgt für eine entspannte Atmosphäre. An sonnigen Tagen kannst du die Aussicht genießen, während die gemütliche Bücherecke mit Sofa an kühleren Sommerabenden zum Verweilen einlädt. Ein bequemes Doppelbett, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und eine umweltfreundliche Trockentoilette bieten dir alles, was du für eine erholsame Auszeit brauchst.

Bright tiny house with nature view

On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.

Während Eures Aufenthaltes bei uns wohnt ihr in einem liebevoll restaurierten, großzügigen Bauwagen mit Terrasse und Gartenteil . Er ist auch für lange Aufenthalte eingerichtet. Im Winter wird mit Holz und Brikets geheizt und es wird schnell kuschelig warm. Fließend Kaltwasser gibts im Wagen nur in der frostfreien Zeit! Pferde können mitgebracht werden, 1 ha. Koppel direkt am Wagen. Badbereich und Sauna liegen 50m vom Haupthaus entfernt.

Tiny House im Grünen

Hier könnt ihr ein 10 m² Tiny House mit kleiner Küche und integriertem Badezimmer buchen. Für kalte Abende gibt es außer der Fußbodenheizung noch einen Kaminofen. Die Unterkunft liegt zwischen Apfel-, Birnen-, Pflaumen- und Walnussbäumen versteckt in unserem Garten. Das Tiny House ist baubiologisch mit Holzwolle gedämmt, von innen mit Profilholz verkleidet und von außen mit Lärchenholz aus der Region verschalt.
