There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

Apartment on the 2nd floor with only 250 m to the water's edge. The apartment has a small kitchenette, microwave and refrigerator. Complimentary coffee and tea. Large bathroom and large, bright room with a bed and table where you can sit and have fun with many different games. When you arrive, the apartment will be ready for you with clean bed linens and towels. 500 meters to a barbecue, ice cream, and fish shop. 2 km to a pizza place. 13 km to Djurs Sommerland. Charging of electric cars or similar is not allowed. Paddleboard rental. Option for extra beds.

At the same time, you are close to the beach/forest and the city. Aarhus and Ebeltoft can be reached within 25 minutes, and Djurs Sommerland in 20 minutes. Kalø Golf Club 1.5 km away, Rønde and the castle ruins 5 km.

In this amazing home, there is plenty of room for coziness, tranquility and nature experiences with both forest and sea views of Gjerrild cliff. The neighbor's horses and animals come out of the forest and graze while you sit and enjoy breakfast. Pack your fishing rod and walk the 950 meters down to the coast with the unique cliffs and catch your own fish. Take a walk across the Sangstrup cliff to Hjembæk, where you can look down into the sea and maybe the cafe is open, so you can enjoy an ice cream with a cup of coffee while you find fossils.

The large folding door facing the water extends the property to include the terrace. The sight and sound of the ocean fills the entire house. The house has a 2-person kayak with life jackets.

Here, nature and the beautiful and ever-changing views of the fjord to the west and the sea to the east are in focus. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet and the evening darkness. It is 5 km to the nearest lamppost... and a really good internet connection :-) There are beautiful hikes to the heathland, sandy beach, forest and mudflats. There are also good opportunities for both fishing and bird watching. The house is bright and nicely decorated and has large windows facing the water. Here you can slow down.
